I can't speak highly enough of my wonderful dentist, Agnes Holler! From the moment I sat in her chair, her warm demeanour and professionalism made me feel relaxed and cared for. She is so thorough, always taking the time to explain each step of the treatment, and she's truly accommodating and caring. Thanks to her skill and kindness, my dental visits was stress-free and comfortable. She's truly a valuable part of the Bupa team!

I always have such a lovely experience when I see Dr Parmar, and today was no different. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Parmar again, along with the wonderful Dionne. The appointment was very informative, and he carefully talked me through all the options I could consider. I ended up needing a few scans, which Dionne kindly helped me with. They will definitely remain my dentist, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone 😊

Dr Morgan his team and the practice was great. After excruciating pain overnight I phoned in and got an emergency appointment. Was seen very shortly after the call, had tooth extracted and no more pain. All advice and options given to me ahead of making the decision to extract and am very please with how this went. It took a while due to the location but this was also down to Dr Morgan insisting on doing a thorough and complete job to avoid any issues in the future. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Called on the day and got a appointment the same day receptionists was kind and polite, brilliant experience I think the best ever at this place, met dentist Zohra she was so kind and understanding, gave me lots of advice and recommended products for me to use and gave me a care plan for my teeth and explained procedures carefully and kindly. Shes very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Will be seeing her soon for my treatments. Seen dentist Zohra again on 22/04/26 and pleasant experience again very happy 🙂 can’t complain.

Receptionist was great but didn catch her name.(maybe her name was June)She sold be a teeth whitening kit whist over hearing my conversation with another staff member who had less experience with the product so almost went to leave but soon as she was off the phone she helped in great depth and answered everything I need to know, she was extremely helpful can’t wait to try it.
