Marsh Farm Dental Practice

Honestly, I just want to give a big shout-out to Anisha! I had been experiencing pain in two of my teeth for a long time and had been too scared to get it checked. I finally pushed myself to visit the dentist, and I’m so glad I did. Anisha was super friendly, patient, and lovely. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and took great care of me. Thank you so much — I feel a lot more confident and able to face my fears now because of your support.

My experience with this dental practice was unsatisfactory for several reasons. An emergency appointment took nearly two weeks to be scheduled and cost £70. During my visit, the receptionist’s manner was abrupt and came across as rude. A filling I received fell out after approximately six months. When I contacted the practice to have this resolved, I was informed that I was treated as a private patient and that the work did not include a 12-month warranty. This was confusing, as the practice is an NHS dentist and the website states a 12-month guarantee applies to NHS treatment. I was initially told I was a new patient, but later found out that I was not registered as such. I was then advised that I would need to pay £65 to re-register and be assessed for corrective work related to the previous treatment. Overall, based on appointment delays, costs, communication issues, and lack of clarity regarding patient status and treatment guarantees, I was disappointed with the service provided.

Very friendly staff, really welcoming and helpful. The dental team are also wonderfully supportive and reassuring. Great work all round, fantastic service.

I felt very well taken care of by the whole dental team at this practice. The receptionist was so helpful and kind both over the phone and in person. The practice was up front about their prices from the outset. I felt very reassured after meeting the dentist who was kind, professional and calm. Immediately felt I could trust this practice. They also have payment plan options available. Haven’t used this yet but good to know it’s an option if I need to have some major work done.

I’ve had my third time visit there today, each time they welcomed and treated me nicely. Super friendly environment and quality service provided by Rob and her lovely nurse Paulina (I hope I get the name right, sorry if I’m not). Rob has been super focused and he has great passion, enthusiasm for his job. Paulina was charming and really take care of me. Can not be asked for better service. I really enjoyed the tunes they played and overall there is nothing bad I could possible say. Really happy with the job they done and the result speak for itself. I highly recommend it for anybody who’s looking for a dentist. All credit to these guys, worth the money and time for sure! I’m definitely will visit them again! Would love to say a huge thanks to you guys!

As always great experience my dentist always gives me a spring in my step with his general chit chat and politeness he always boosts my confidence too. very positive atmosphere and i have never had any pain since I joined this dentist 6 yrs ago so overall 10/10 I even had them call me in early for my appointment it was 3pm and with all cancellations they brought mine forward. I recommend joing them

Fantastic staff and experience from start to end. I had my Invisalign treatment at this practice for 1 year and the customer service has been excellent. The staff have gone above and beyond during my treatments and Dr Jagsi is a very experienced and professional dentist who puts his patients first. Overall I am very happy with my end results.
