Absolute money hungry man!you would think your mouth was falling apart! I went in for a crown a year ago, came back to have it fitted to be hit with a £1230 bill which I wasn’t prepared for! Apparently 5 fillings he did?? Basically cleaning a few rough spots at £90 a pop! Back today as a crown had fallen out (not his) I have had it done before in Australia and cost £60 to put some glue on the crown which I had with me an put it back in it took them minutes,and Australia is expensive! But no this was a military operation apparently I said on thanks! I was literally in the clinic no more than 5 minutes including waiting and they charged me £50!! For what exactly? I’m lived abroad most of my life and always used private dental clinics but this man should be wearing a mask!I’ll never be back I’m booked in with a dentist next week hopefully with a conscience!

I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Dan McKenna and his team for their professional service over the past decade or more. Dr. McKenna always ensures your needs and concerns are to the forefront of his mind before and after treatment. He always makes a point of checking the glands around your neck and throat to check for anything unusual. During the course of a routine check-up in October 2023, Dr. McKenna noticed a small lump on my neck in or around my thyroid gland. He advised me to seek an appointment with my GP and I was subsequently referred for an ultra sound scan and biopsy, which later confirmed that I had cancer cells at the base of my tongue and neck. Following 7 weeks of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy I am currently in recovery with a positive prognosis for the future. Studies show that dentists play a crucial role in identifying and preventing oral cancer in the early stages as in my case, hence I cannot emphasise enough the importance of having a regular dental review.

Probably the best dentist experience I have ever received. For my 1st appointment to my last. Dr Dan and his team made me very comfortable, advised on my treatments and costs, and kept me well informed on each step the whole way through to completion. I would definitely recommend the Whiterose clinic.

Smart & modern Dental practice. I have attended for many years and would highly recommend Whiterose Clinic. I've always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The knowledge, experience and care shown by Dr McKenna is top class. Also been to their hygienist and really impressed.

Rosealine the dental nurse was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her phone manner was very unfriendly and then when I came in for my appointment and asked for a copy of the page which detailed the price of dental work which I required, she refused to provide a copy for me. Further to this she then raised her voice at me and the begun to ignore me to then speak to another customer whilst I was still mid conversation. However, the other dental nurse Rose then came and spoke to me and was very helpful in the situation and provided me with the paper work with no problem... which Rosealine refused to do. I have never experienced such rudeness! I was made feel very uncomfortable with her very rude mannerisms i.e. talking over me every time I tried to speak/ raising her voice and telling me I was "wrong end of" for asking for a sheet of paper which the other dental nurse provided without any issues?..strange. It is such a shame to have someone like that work for/ represent the practice and ruin custom; I will now be looking at alternative dental surveys in the city due to the lack of customer service skills and professionalism and will ensure to let people know how I was treated whilst I was there.

Appalled by this practice. After receiving xrays I had to discuss my treatment option in the reception area with the nurse whilst she went back and forth to the dentist. Told they could knock £50 off the price if I wasn't nervous. Had added some sort of injections to the bill without my consent. Not sure what these were, was never told. Also discussed in a corridor with a nurse why I was there. No privacy and definitely not professional.

Whiterose Dental Clinic take dentistry to another level. For as long as I can remember a visit to the dentist has been a pleasurable experience. Major works become minor once you are transported to Mr Mc Kennas chair where you are made feel comfortable and in safe hands. Pain free dentistry with excellent customer service and after care. This team really do raise the bar. Thanks guys x
