Bupa Dental Care Derry

Excellent service from start to finish. Having a root canal is not a pleasant experience, but Cara and Imelda made me feel at ease and were very professional. Cara kept me updated throughout the procedure, which was great as I knew what was happening and why it was necessary. I would definitely recommend the practice - the staff are great and genuinely seem to care about their patients.

Today I’ve attended Bupa Dental for the first time. I was really happy with the level of care that I received. I was on a waiting list that wasn’t too long. Misty the receptionist was super helpful and friendly, and I was very grateful that Misty got me in quickly as I had a tooth ache. I was in very good hands with dentist Cara who is very knowledgeable and professional. Dental assistant Eloise was really friendly too.

Highly recommend Cara as a dentist to anyone, she makes you feel so at ease and relaxed! I had an extraction and couldn’t believe how smoothly it went. Cara really goes above and beyond to make you feel reassured and ease anxiety.

Being very nervous about dentist visits due to a couple of bad experiences in the 90s I avoided dentists but pain made me address my dental issues a few months ago, and I'm so glad I did because I can honestly say that from first contact until now (after a fair few visits and procedures), everyone I've dealt with have been brilliant, from receptionists, dental assistants and dentists they're all very professional, informative and generally kind caring people, especially Cara who has totally restored my faith in the dental profession....I actually enjoy visiting the dentists now, thank you all 👍🏼

Absolutely brilliant dental service. Great for anyone with fear or anxiety about the dentist. Reception staff are so helpful and lovely and friendly. The dentist i seen 'mary' was fabulous at keeping me calm and keeping me informed of what she was doing. Highly recommend.

I have been with Bupa Dental Care in Derry for many years. I have always found them welcoming and professional. This last week I have had the best experience. I had to have two teeth removed and Mary the dentist made me feel at ease as I was so nervous. She really took the time to explain everything and even took the time to ring me the next day to check up on me. Thank you from a very happy patient.

A great dental practice! Had a painless extraction with Dentist Ellen, her nurse Imelda was great too. I was well informed throughout and before my procedure. Reception team very welcoming too! Thank you!
