mydentist, The Collon, Londonderry

I've been to many dentists over the years but none of them tops Heather at mydentist. She is always very friendly, helpful with advice .. and does an excellent job at every visit. Even when an appointment is later in the day she is always so upbeat and jolly. I used to hate going to the dentist at other practices but it's a breeze with Heather ❤️

Awful experience. Booked an appointment in June 2025 told couldn't be seen until Feb 2026 so went to my appointment today to be told they're releasing their patients and that my appointment is cancelled. No prior communication although the receptionist tried to say this was communicated and checked my information which was up to date so that was untrue! No wonder they're loosing so many dentists - poorly run practice.

Absolutley devastated today to be informed that after 15 or so years of attending this surgery.Never missing an appoinment or defaulting on a payment.That myself my husband and adult daughter are to be taken off the surgery patients list due to lack of dentist.Phoned the surgery and informed them that we were all willing to go private.But was told No that we would have to start looking for a new dentist.Were are we to get a dentist from??knowing how stretched all the other surgerys are? On a note we did attend very regularly.And we did recieve exceptional treatment.

Advised by email our dentist was leaving NHS practice and myself and two children under 6 will now be unregistered. No option for a transfer to another dentist or even a waiting list. Unfair particularly on children who are let down by these services.

Lovely staff and very helpful when I was trying to get an emergency appointment, but as soon as I left after getting my filling, my jaw began to swell and now I look like sloth from the goonies (maybe worse). Last £30 well spent, and missed a day of uni. Have to get another emergency appointment and I was literally there two days ago.

Loved this dentist but last while they struggling to get dentist. I was on Denplan paying monthly not that has changed and no longer includes fillings etc any know alternative to Denplan

Lovely reception staff,they always try their very best at getting you sorted asap.Aoife my dentist is such a lovely girl and great at her job .
