Felt so well cared for by an expert dentist today. Very grateful. I might recommend showing something a bit less stressful on the TV than the news pre dental treatment… 😊

Just out of wisdom tooth extraction. Was extremely nervous coming in. Spent 15 minutes there, out of which the actual extraction took 10 seconds and I did not feel a single thing. Dr.Rachel was very supportive and gentle. Best dentist visit of my life, by far. Thank you!

My son recently had a tooth removed, it was a problem tooth with the gum growing through the middle of it..... Anyways, he is 12 years old and autistic, so gets very nervous, we had two visits to this dentists, the first was very relaxed and very informative, explaining everything in detail which relaxed my son a little as all the details are very important to him, the second visit was 2 days later for the tooth removal, It went exceptionally well... the lady dentist was great, explaining everything as she went along, even allowing the music on inside the room whilst the tooth got removed, (my son loves music). He was nervous, but without doubt the dentist put him at some ease and withdrew the tooth very quickly! It was a smooth, faultless visit. Highly recommending this place. 5 stars🌟

As a person who is terrified at even the thought of going to the dentist I was filled with total Fred. I truly needn't have worried from the moment I arrived the staff treated me brilliantly they put me at ease and I didn't have to wait very long to see the dentist. The dentists office was immaculate and non threatening. The dental surgeon was absolutely brilliant she chatted to me from the start of the extraction to the end putting me totally at ease. And hand on heart I felt absolutely nothing. Which was wonderful. I have been to dentists before who it felt like they were working on building roads. But its a 100 % thumbs up for Rosconnor dental practice Derry

Was referred by my dental practice here and was booked a 3:20 PM appointment (had to wait weeks for this). After waiting an hour without being seen or given an update, I had to leave. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this office didn't value my time." Received a call from the office and no apology was made and when said not interested thet just said okay. Dreadful

As a very anxious person Rachel was fantastic settled me and talked me through every step of the process highly recommend 10/10.

I would like to thank the team for their kindness and understanding. I had a severe phobia and had not been to the dentist for many years. Gregor and Sarah done my treatment. A lot of it was complicated. I had sedation and the whole thing went very well. I have underlying health conditions which needed extra care. I highly recommend them.
