I just visited 31 dental today, suffering with a very painful back tooth. The team at 31 dental were wonderfull From start to finish. First of all they were the only dentist in the city that cared enough to actually give me a same day appointment. And believe me when I say I tried every dentist. I tried every dentist. Thier professionalism was first rate. Medical information forms were completed with in minutes. I was made to feel extremely secure and at ease. Which i feel is vitely important especially for someone who is not 100 percent keen on going to the dentist in the first place. The team began the process of xraying, and then removing the effected tooth. They spoke to me and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the procedure. And taking short breaks again throughout the procedure to allow me to relax. When the procedure was completed, I was given full instructions on how to treat the wound. Rinceing my mouth out etc. And told if there was anything I became unsure about just to contact them. again. All in all I was and am thougherly satisfied with the treatment 31 dental provided me with. And would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for excellent service and very competitive prices. Thank you again for everything 31 dental

Thank you so much to the amazing Eldred for making me smile again! Tuesday 10th February was my appointment and after 9 weeks of absolute hell this man worked miracles yesterday and brought me my confidence back to smile again. You have no idea how grateful I am for everything you've done for me, I really appreciate it. The time, care and attention you put into my appointment will never be forgotten. I was very fortunate to have met him 10 years ago in my NHS dentist so I knew finding his private clinic was my best chance to get help for reconstructive work. Also massive thank you to Michelle for all the back and forward contact to get it arranged and organised for me.

Sincere apologies to 31 dental for previously leaving a 1star review which was an error on my part. This practice definitely deserves a 5 star… This practice had been highly recommended to me by a trusted friend. My first appointment & experience was excellent in every way. They were very welcoming & professional from beginning to end. The dentist was a total professional, he took the time to explain all my options about the treatment. He explained everything he was doing though out the procedure. This was a great comfort to me because I am usually quite nervous… He was very gentle & considerate. He is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever experienced.👍 I have highly recommended him to family & friends. Thanks 31 Dental for providing a brilliant service.

What a lovely dental appointment I had yesterday with Eldrid and Patricia yesterday! Very thorough. Very reassuring. We even had a good laugh a couple of times -it's a good Idea to actually show your teeth when you are asked to smile for a dental examination!! Couldn't recommend 31Dental enough especially if you're nervous about going to the dentist!

Such a good experience at 31 dental. Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. During appointments made to feel very comfortable, everything explained in depth and answer all questions and worries. 10/10 practice

I had an excellent recent experience at 31 dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff were professional, welcoming, and friendly. The clinic was spotless and modern, with up-to-date equipment that made the whole process comfortable and reassuring . Eldred (Dentist) took the time to explain each step of the process to come and made sure I felt at ease throughout the initial consultation. They were thorough, considerate , and clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciated the focus on the time taken with my visit.
