Phoned this dentist for the first time today on a Saturday as they’re the emergency dentist on call and the lady who answered the phone was seriously very rude. The automated phone service states "leave your name and number and somebody will get back to you." Yet the woman phoned me and in a smug voice with an attitude said "you didn’t tell me any details what’s wrong?" So I continued to tell her. She was so rude in asking her questions she obviously did not want to be at her work this morning. She asked if I could be there within the hour which I replied I could not as I have a daughter I’ll have to get a babysitter for etc and asked if she had anything later and yet again with an attitude she just point blank said no. I was actually that embarrassed with the awkward silence I just hung up the phone. I was actually considering this dentist for cosmetic procedures but I will never go somewhere who can treat their customers with this level of disrespect, I am so annoyed as I am now left until my dentist opens on Monday morning in agonising pain. Ebrington dental consider getting yourself new phone staff.

Just popped in to deliver Spesiaal Bakes brownies for the lovely staff at Ebrington. It was a very welcoming experience. Maebh did an amazing job with the premises which would make a dental visit an experience. The dental team are certainly loved by patients. Highly recommended.
