Awful practice. Had my braces off beginning of March then the following week i got my top retainers. My bottom retainer didn't fit my teeth, so i had to get it re-scanned. I was told i would get a phone call and that it usually takes a week for it to be ready. However, since then, it's been about 2 months since i was told that. I had rung multiple times (about 4-5) which some calls would be answered and some calls not. With the calls i had been able to get through with them, they said that they would ‘follow it up’ and also talk to the lab’. Each time that was said nothing has changed. Nobody called back even to give some information with how it’s going or anything else. I am truly baffled it is taking so long for it to come, whether it’s the labs fault or not. I expected any follow up information, an apology maybe? but no. I did not wear braces for 2 years for them to shift back, disappointed by the way things have gone.

We have had a great experience at turret dentist, everything was explained clearly and my son felt completely at ease throughout my visit. The staff are friendly, professional, and make sure he has been comfortable at all times. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care

My son attended today for his braces and the ladies (Larna & Ell) mad my boy feel real comfortable and relaxed. Very professional and great information shared. 100%

From his initial consultation to having his braces fitted today, everyone at Turret has been amazing with supporting my son on this journey. The ladies who fitted his brace today were the best, my son has ADHD and ASD but they made him feel so relaxed, they made sure he was comfortable and they took time to explain exactly what was happening at each step. Even with giving him aftercare advice, they spoke to him and not me which made him feel really good. We have a way to go yet but my son feels happy and his anxiety has reduced thanks to the support from Turret.

Excellent service from the Turret staff from start to finish. However,they are sadly badly let down by the company that makes their retainers.My child had to wait 3 weeks for her retainers,due to a delay with the company who make them. Such a shame,as I can't recommend Turret highly enough!
