Rice Lane Dental Care - Liverpool

I came for a check up after lots of bad experiences with dentists which meant I'm really anxious about going. Every single person I spoke to in Rice Lane was lovely, friendly and kind. My check up was brilliant, thorough and I was given advice. Esra was so lovely and so were all the nurses and reception. Thank you so much !! X

Considering it being my first time, they made me feel so welcome, the ladies at the reception and the dentist themselves. I had Esra looking after me and she was amazing made me feel so comfortable and explains everything stage by stage to me. We had a laugh too, I’m extremely pleased with my visit and happy to officially be a patient at their clinic.

Been with Rice Lane dental practice for about 8 years now. Simon (my dentist) it's absolutely lovely, always puts you at ease the minute you walk in the door. Been here today as an emergency/ walk-in, little bit of waiting (as to be expected) but always ready to accommodate/ meet peoples needs. Thank you to all the staff 🙏

Absolutely amazing. Dentist was so nice and friendly. Our 5yr old autistic daughter attended with us so she could see the premises before she has her own appointment. Dental nurse & the dentist made her feel so at ease and gave her some stickers whilst she watched mummy in the chair. A great experience for all of us 🙂

As usual friendly, fast and efficient service by reception and Simon. Just what I have come to expect over the years. However today was a little different. On the way in I had a little accident and my arm was pouring with blood from a small nick I had suffered on the way in on the bus. I mentioned it at reception and was immediately tended to by a young lady whose name I didn't get - apologies. Thank you so much.

My dentist fitted me in for an emergency appointment today which I'm extremely grateful for ! I didn't mind waiting a bit because I knew I was going to be seen today. As always my dentist Simon is very understanding and really listens to me. All the nurses and reception staff are friendly and helpful.

03.03.26 - First impressions do matter. I was very impressed at my first appointment. All the staff I interacted with today where polite and professional, with a touch of humour put in, to make you feel at ease. My teeth where scrapped and cleaned and the work to be carried out was explained in detail to me. In my opinion the patient was put first and not money or profit, unlike other dental practices I have attended in the past. Thank you and I look forward to attending future appointments.
