One20 Dental

I am of the older group who in the 70s and 80’s stopped going to the dentist because of bad experiences and on a number of occasions pulled out aching teeth with a pair of pliers. II feel that I have now found a dentist practice that now understands my feelings and historic issues. I am pleased to say that it is due to my experiences with the staff at One20Dental that at my elderly age (over 70) I am now looking to keep what’s left of my teeth. There will be many people who still suffer and I would like to say that Harley is excellent at making arrangements whilst Gonzalo is a legend, putting me at ease telling me what he is going to do (no sudden surprises) and due to the dentistry techniques of today I feel no pain when being treated. Even the cleaning of the teeth by Nathan is painless whereas years ago the scraping if my teeth was very uncomfortable and ached for days afterwards. Please don’t suffer just try them and see for yourself.

Gonzalo is the best there is in my opinion. Always goes the extra mile and his compassion and care for his patients is outstanding, When I go for a check up he takes great care of me, answers any questions with care and detail and we usually end up laughing quite a bit to. Totally redefines what people think of when they think of a dentist. Superb.

I highly recommend One20 Dental!... I’d struggled with a dental phobia for years until I decided to try One20. Kevin at the time, took his time to treat me with patience and care, ensuring I felt comfortable and never rushed. Thanks to this, my fear of the dentist has now genuinely gone. I’m now treated by Gonzalo, who continues this same high standard of care. Whenever I need treatment he always explains exactly why it's needed and takes time to outline every option clearly. What truly sets this practice apart is the whole team share this genuine kindness. During a difficult time in my life a few years ago, the staff especially Harley noticed I wasn’t myself, took time out of their day to take me aside, offered me a coffee, and sat with me to make sure I was okay. Ever since, they always make a point of checking in with me and it really means alot. Even though I’ve moved and now drive 40–50 minutes to get there, the service and care make it worth the journey. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

5 starts isn't high enough for this place! I called at 8am after having no sleep due to agonising toothache. I spoke to the lovely Harley who made me an emergency appointment for the same morning! They've been nothing but helpful and professional from my very first visit. They really helped alleviate my phobia of dentists! I honestly cannot recommend Harley and my dentist, Phil, enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy and smiling! If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Best dental practice I have ever attended. Staff are so kind, genuinely caring and supportive. They all go above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable environment for patients. My daughter who had a severe needle/dental phobia. Has now overcome this with the patience and care One 20 has provided. I could not recommend this practice enough especially for nervous patients.

After cracking a tooth it became infected, very fast service and informative, had it removed and a course of antibiotics given too me, price was abit steep £510 for a removal but happy for the speedy service

I honestly can’t recommend One 20 Dental enough! I used to have a really bad phobia of the dentist, but they were so kind and patient with me. They made me feel completely at ease, and now my teeth are healthy — and my fear of the dentist is gone! The staff are amazing here aswell, and make you feel very comfortable when you are going through your dental treatment. Thanks guys! 🦷 😁
