This is the worst ever dentist in Liverpool , can’t tell you the amount of cancelled appointments and even times turned up and the practice isn’t even open . Called for a same day appointment and was fitted in as in severe pain with toothache , lady dentist who I believe was originally from town branch at first was nice and prescribed antibiotics, after leaving me sitting on the chair for 20 mins she comes back in the room and out of nowhere asked me to leave saying I was booked in error I asked her several times what had changed she starts shouting leave just leave enough to prompt the receptionist to come in , literally don’t know what had caused this change I asked the receptionist what had happened she told me she had gone to make a call to Debbie McGovern and whatever the convo had caused this woman to basically shout and ask me to leave was most bizarre moment I have reported this to complaints as regardless of whatever werid stuff had happened they had a duty of care when a patient is clearly in pain! Debbie McGovern should be supporting the Maghull community not upsetting it again!!

Used to be great, but wouldn't recommend for kids now. It’s a real shame because the main dentist (Jake) and the nurses are lovely, but the service has really slipped. Jake only does 1.5 days so can’t get an appointment with him. I’ve found it impossible to get through on the phone, and the wait times in the surgery are often up to an hour. Most importantly, the approach toward children was a big issue for us. The therapist, Debbie, was very short and abrupt with both me and my child. It really knocked my little one's confidence, and I’ve heard she’s been similar with the staff too. We’ve since moved to a new dentist where the atmosphere is much calmer. Hopefully will build my child’s confidence back up again 🤞 Avoid if you have nervous children.

Awful dentist staff are so unhelpful very rude they talk to patients like they are a piece of rubbish, even the dentist speaks to patients awful very unsympathic. Receptionist canceled appointments all the time last minute and when i confronted them they act as if they are in the right! DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS DENTIST AT ALL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This practice is linked to Liverpool Dental Spa, and is ran just as badly. Several appointments cancelled and pushed back for a basic checkup. Arrived for the third time for an appointment and was told my appointment is 1hr delayed. Decided to leave the surgery altogether and go private. Never going back again.

The treatment I received was fantastic. I've been left feeling disappointed and frustrated by my long term dental practice. I thought I'd try somewhere new and I was left thoroughly impressed. My dentist Tom was easy to talk to and professional. He was able to advise on the best course of treatment and took the time to explain the process in depth. Something which my previous dentist never did. I can't recommend both Tom and the practice enough and only wished I'd made the change sooner. Thank you

Excellent. Appointments available. Polite friendly staff. Very professional. Slight wait not long. Cleaned and attended to an implant. Exceptional. Very calming. I am extremely nervous and felt at ease. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Excellent dentist. As a very apprehensive patient I was made to feel at ease by the friendly reception staff. My dentist Tom was compassionate and caring, talking me through what he was doing at each step. Very professional service. Would certainly highly recommend this practice. Thanks you healthy smiles 😁
