Another lovely experience at The Dental House. As a nervous patient I always feel calm here. Today I had old composite bonding replaced with fresh and Andy has exceeded my expectations. All staff are friendly and professional here.
10/10 Fabulous, I phoned this morning for an emergency appointment and was seen the same morning. The dentist didn't hurt me at all and the dental nurse didn't choke me with her pipe and water. My problem was fixed temporarily so no more pain and I go back next week to continue my treatment which gives me plenty of time to decide how I want to move forward with my teeth. Thank you toThe Dental House your always professional, knowledgeable, respectful and work wonderful as a team!!
I have been wanting a new smile makeover for years now, my friend recommended Darren and I am so pleased she did. Every member of staff was amazing there and do friendly. If I could give 20bstars I would do so. I see Kate when visiting. Such a lovely girlntheough and through and very down to earth (which so helps when you are nervous). Takes time to explain procedures. Asking if I understood and am.happy. Totally relaxing. I aim to get all my friends and family to go to see Kate and her colleagues. I do not cringe or loose sleep of a night now as I know I will.be relaxed and happy to go the dentist. Thank you forbgreat service.
Just had my composite veneers done by Dr Andy and I’m so happy with them! Huge thank you to you and the amazing dental nurse Lacey for making the whole experience so comfortable. Everyone at the practice is so welcoming and friendly.
Thank you to the wonderful emergency dentists who I saw on NYE after breaking my tooth. They really put me as ease. Within 2 weeks I had a denture fitted. The service has been perfect by all, reception, nurses and dentists. Thank you.
Bought my 11 year old son here today and Tuesday just gone as he needed fillings. The 2 members of staff were amazing with him from beginning to end. They put him at ease and talked to him about everything they were doing to him at different stages. He has a lot of sensory issues and the staff made sure he was comfortable at all times.
