Primadent Dental

I damaged my top front teeth in a fall and called into the Primadent practice on the off chance they’d be able to help. Within two days I had temporary implants in place and the confidence that all of my dental issues would be resolved over the next few months. I have had other dental work done while waiting for my permanent implants to be ready. Dr Jam has been open and transparent about what is needed and why, sharing X-rays and scans to show me the issues I have. This morning, I returned to have my permanent implants fitted and I am absolutely delighted with them. They look and feel better than I imagined. As well as Dr Jam’s expertise, I think it’s worth mentioning the collaborative approach between him and the dental nurses. Today was Caitlin and she is obviously given the confidence to ask Dr Jam if something could be aesthetically better, as she did today. Other nurses who have assisted with my treatment have similarly asked questions. That gives me the confidence to know that the practice seeks to give me of their best. Aftercare and post-treatment contact is always on point, too. Definitely worthy of s 5 star review.

At Primadental I was made to feel very welcomed by the lovely staff. A thorough examination was carried out and a personal treatment plan was put in place. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to improve their smile and maintain good oral hygiene. X

I was immediately pleased with my first visit here. The dentist picked up on issues I was conscious of and had raised with my previous dentist before i moved to Liverpool. The previous dentist did not notice or pay attention enough to spot that i needed some fillings fixing and a couple of other issues. But within a couple of minutes, Jam at Primadent had picked up on everything that had been concerning me without my telling him. And shortly after we agreed a plan to get my teeth and mouth back to full health. I've since had a hygenist appointment here, and it was the most thorough clean I've had from a hygenist. All in all, I'm very impressed, and pleased to have picked this clinic.

The dental team have been consistently professional and supportive throughout my ClearCorrect treatment. I have attended multiple review appointments over the past year, and they have always been accommodating and flexible with my schedule. The use of WhatsApp has made communication very efficient, allowing appointments to be easily changed or cancelled and for updates to be shared promptly.

I have been at Primadent dentist and had various procedures done. This dentist is absolutely fantastic. Very professional and explanatory at all times. To be honest I would never go anywhere else anymore. This practice is outstanding This is a picture of my Invisalign’s. So pleased with results

Would highly recommend this dentist!! The girls on reception are so patient and understanding when you have concerns about treatment. The nurses always make you feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments and the dentists and hygienist always go above and beyond!!

Everybody is so nice and friendly here. Katelyn explained everything so clearly. I have had a bad experience at a dentist before but they made me feel so relaxed and there was no judgement
