I needed a very difficult extraction that had been causing me a lot of pain and infection since having my baby. Dr Shashi was able to fix that for me immediately with so much patience, kindness and compassion. I’m so pleased Shashi was able to remove my pesky tooth he really is incredible at what he does- a very busy dentist but nevertheless, I was greeted with a lovely warm smile and asked how me & baby were doing. He’s great with my little one! As is Maddison who is brilliant at relaxing my little lady when she’s getting fussy. A really lovely bunch at Abercromby can’t thank you all enough ♥️

Amazing experience in the dentist with Dr Shashi and his dental apprentice nurse, Madison. Always make me feel welcome and comfortable in my appointments and explain everything well to make sure i can take proper care of my teeth. The practice is very clean and professional and has made me no longer have a fear of dentists.

As a very nervous lady, who needed an awful lot of work in fact most of the teeth out and full dentures. I was firstly introduced to Dr Antonios and his lovely assistant (sorry did not get her name) who understood how I was and explained everything. The top teeth that needed to come out and the top set of dentures were done by them, then Dr Antonios was going on holiday and I was introduced to a new Dentist, was apprehensive, but Dr Shashi was wonderful as well, and thanks to his assistant Niamh, nearly all my bottom teeth taken out and I now have a full set of dentures. If anyone is a nervous patient, I would recommend these two Dentists and I am thankful to Abercrombie and My Dentist for a 5* experience.

Have to call out Aris - the most competent, caring and effective dentist I’ve ever been treated by. His compassion for my multiple problems over the years has given me a quality of life that I just wouldn’t have enjoyed with another practitioner. He’s an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the practice!! The reception staff are also very professional and always on the ball with things! Thank you Abercromby!

Came in to the practice today feeling incredibly anxious as I hadn’t been in a while due to medical reasons and two years of being in and out of hospital. I had therefore been placed on a waiting list to be seen . Olivia was so kind and helpful , I’m so grateful that a was treated with such dignity and respect. Thankyou so much for your kindness.

I visited mydentist Abercromby Health Centre today to ask about registering my elderly mother as an NHS patient. The experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist (male, around 40, light/ginger hair) was rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help. Instead of explaining options or offering any guidance, he simply said they don’t register patients and immediately pointed us to the door. There was no empathy, no basic courtesy, and no attempt to assist — just a very cold and unprofessional attitude. This is especially unacceptable when dealing with elderly patients who may need support and clear information. I understand NHS availability can be limited, but that does not justify poor behaviour or lack of basic respect. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I usually get nervous at the dentist, especially with needles, but Dr. Shashi Kiran made the whole visit really easy. The injection was painless, and he kept me calm the entire time. Definitely recommend him if you get anxious at the dentist. And his assistant was amazing to x
