I was so incredibly anxious due to a previous unpleasant experience. I was getting anxiety whilst sat in the waiting room. The dentist took his time to calm me down. He was gentle, compassionate and kind talking me through the whole process. His assistant was equally as comforting and caring. It was such a great experience and restored my confidence. I had an extraction which was painless and successful. I can’t thank this dentist enough. They both made me feel so at ease. I think he was the kindest dentist I’ve ever experienced and I’m so grateful.

I have come to this practice for years and they have always been excellent. Really clean, always professional and up to date. You know you're getting the best care here. In particular, I have been very well looked after by Khal and Shannon who are very accommodating, friendly and attentive. They saw me quickly, gave me all the advice I needed and made me feel very at ease. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Winston and his dental assistant, Alicia. I recently had a wisdom tooth removed, and they made the whole process feel much less stressful than I expected. Both of them were incredibly friendly, calm, and professional throughout. They took the time to reassure me and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I truly appreciated their approach and would highly recommend Baycliff Dental & Implant Surgery. I had minimal recovery pain with no complications. The reception staff were also a great help with answering any questions I had with patience and understanding : )

Felt unwelcome and like I was a hindrance asking questions. It’s clear you don’t get the same level of respect when you’re an NHS patient who has been referred. Was told to arrive 10 minutes earlier than appointment but then left to wait half an hour before being seen. Felt very rushed despite the fact it was several root canals being performed which is already in itself is a very daunting and scary experience. The dental assistant wasn’t very pleasant either, a simple smile and a hello would be nice but instead it was like she couldn’t be bothered to be there and was busy fixing her pony tail whilst my partner is getting about 8 needles in his gums. Unprofessional and no patient care. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly would not pay any money to get work done here.

My visit to Baycliff dentist was amazing. The building was inviting, the couch extremely comfortable and the staff very friendly. The dentist and his nurse, Alicja, were great. Every little detail was explained thoroughly, making me feel relaxed and confident. There was a ceiling window showing a video of fish to help as a distraction. The aftercare was also very good. PM

I would just like to say, from walking in Baycliff Dental my experience has been excellent, the girls on reception very welcoming, Doctor Khan explained all my treatments and what would happen from start to finish. I have had a lot of work on my upper mouth, bone replacement full implants on top, absolutely excellent service by everyone Dr Khan honestly explains everything and put you at ease. The whole team are amazing all there for you at all times. Joanna Phoning me up at home to ask how I was feeling after my implants, truly exceptional care throughout. I have now a beautiful smile thanks to Dr Khan and his amazing teamwork. Thank you all so much. My husband will be booking his appointment soon to have work done. Thanks again Baycliff x

Staff were lovely. Dr Winston was fab, super friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease despite being anxious (wisdom tooth removal is no joke!)… and were just great. Thank you 🩷
