Rayleigh and Romasia were absolutely brilliant. Very professional and reassuring before and throughout my procedure. No matter my issue and concern, unlike other dentists, they sat, listened, understood, and went through everything, and options, and pros and cons, and were determined to resolve my problem - and they did. Also, throughout the procedure, they were gentle and respectful, and in this modern day, that is rare. I totally recommend them without reservation. I hope I keep them as my dentist team. The whole experience was shocking and unpleasant. No greeting by the satff. Infact, they kept the door close even 7mints prior to my apointment and asked me to wait outside. Then entered wrong name when I actually filled the questionnaire. The Dentist Shaw, again no greeting on arrival. She did not introduced her-self. Literally, spend 5 mints . Did not take consent or explained the procedures. Did not even ask ‘ the reason of my visit or my expectations/concerns regarding my teeth’. By the end told me that she is advising ‘scaling and polishing’ for which she ll charge x amount.Again did not explain what these procedures are and any pros and cons. Upon request of apointment results she told me that they dont provide that and I’ve write an email to request that so I need to see receptionist. When I requested receptionist, he said The dentist generally provide in the clinic so he dont know what I’m requesting. I paid for this consultation still I treated so badly. Disappointed Definitely, not again

The Dentist Adil was fantastic done a fantastic job, and to the two Dental Nurses Beth and Kayleigh who supported me throughout the procedure reassuring me all the way. I was booked in with Jesal and Emily today as I had an infection and tooth decay under an existing root canal which had failed. Emily told me about Jesal’s amazing work and success rate at redoing root canal treatment. Jesal and Emily made me feel comfortable and were very professional, I felt absolutely no pain at all during the treatment, at one stage I could feel myself drifting off to sleep I was that comfortable. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience that I wasn’t actually looking forward to! I would highly recommend Jesal’s work and professionalism and Emily is the best dental nurse I have ever had. Thank you again Chris

Went in for an emergency appointment for toothache and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've had at a dentist. Dr Sasha and Genevieve were so pleasant and cheerful that it completely put me at ease. The receptionists were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I had a dental implants fitted today by Nayra, assisted by Naomi and Elizabeth and I have never had such excellent dental service. The level of information they provide throughout treatment, and the care and skill they have is outstanding and I cannot fault them at all. I would highly recommend this team and this practice in general, as across the board they show a high level of customer service seldom seem nowadays. Always polite, cheerful and helpful and ready to put you at ease. Thank you!

Had to have an emergency extraction on Sat.21 and was attended to by Priscilla and Kayleigh. I am 80 year old and have had Parkinson 33 years. The quality of the care I received was exemplary and beyond reproach. In particular, Kayleigh extended a level of care that has not been witnessed since the days of Florence Nightingale and Edith Cavell. My needs were met at every turn and I am deeply grateful for that. Thank you Howard Jarrold
