The customer service and care from Newland dental care is second to none. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. If ive needed emergency service its always been sorted out in a professional and caring manner on some occasions seen within a couple of hours. The dentist and dental nurse are welcoming and professional and consistant and always explain the process and procedure that's about to happen. It makes a visit to the dentist a great experience . Well done Newland.

My first visit as a new patient was exceptional. From the first phone call — where my enquiry was handled promptly (without being put on hold), by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable member of the reception team. The practice is calming, every member of staff I encountered was professional and kind. The dental nurse and dentist were incredibly reassuring, took the time to listen to me, addressed my concerns and fears with patience, and clearly explained my treatment plan. The level of care and attention I received was above and beyond anything I have experienced at my previous dentist. Very grateful I found this practise and invested in the open-day appointment. Highly recommend.

Root canal filling, first appointment, went really well. I must admit I was dreading it! However I do trust my dentist, Dr Patterson, and once the local anaesthetic had taken effect I was able to relax and treatment followed. All was fully explained and I don't dread the follow-up appointment! Thank you also to the dental nurse who assisted and to Dr Clark whose emergency treatment on Christmas Eve stopped all pain and identified the problem.

Very good service , took time to explain the procedure I was having. Dentist and Dental Nurse 100% care given. Would totally recommend .

As a youngster in the 1950'sthe only time I saw a dentist was when a caravan arrived in the play-ground . I have had many hours over the years since then sitting in a dentists chair nervously regretting that neglect, but I can honestly say that the care and expertise at this practice excels in all respects. Reception is bright and friendly and always helpful. The dentists are by far the best I have ever had. Their expertise putting you at ease and with minimal pain is the best I have had in over 70 years.

I contacted Newland Dental as I had severe toothache and I required an emergency appointment. I was offered an appointment the same day and within hours my tooth problems had been completely resolved! The dentist and her assistant were absolutely brilliant, they talked me through every step and gave fab advice. I have a huge dental phobia but this is the most relaxed I have ever felt at a dentist appointment. I can’t thank them enough! Very highly recommended! ⭐️

Saw Hygienist who was rough. I found the experience traumatic and although she explained things after my treatment I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to take it all in. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. Then her response who rude. I have worked in the NHS primary care for 24.5 years and never been spoken to like that at the end of any of my consultations before. I don’t wish to repeat that experience again and I pay for this service. Not impressed with the experience, customer care needs to be addressed.
