I moved to Elegant Smiles, after many years, when St Catherines Dental Practice closed, and have just had my first appointment with Dr Scott Bentley. I can say that I was highly impressed with the way that both he, and his colleague, carried out their work. Not only efficiently, but also kept me fully informed about my teeth and their condition. My grateful thanks.

My experience with this practice didn’t start perfectly, but after raising my concerns, communication improved significantly and everything moved forward smoothly. I’ve now completed my implant treatment and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. After months of feeling self-conscious, it’s such a relief to feel confident smiling again. What I appreciated most was the care and attention to detail of Dr Chauhan. He didn’t rush to finish the job — when the first definitive tooth didn’t feel like the best match, he agreed and had it adjusted rather than settling. He made sure I was fully satisfied with the final result. He also accommodated my request to have the adjustments done within two weeks, which I really valued. Overall, a very skilled and professional dentist, and I’m grateful for the outcome.

From the initial enquiry through to me approaching the end of recovery after surgery now I cannot commend Dr Israr and the team at Elegant Smiles highly enough. Thorough explanation both in person and in correspondence throughout left me assured that any concerns around the procedure and surgery were going to be well managed by the team. Dr Israr and the wider team of assistants and sedation doctor were compassionate and caring throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It is easy to get an appointment. The dentist I saw was respectful and worked competently. The reception staff and dental nurse I saw, were very polite, made me feel comfortable. My treatment was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the treatment and advice I have received from the staff at Elegant Smiles and would happily recommend this dental practice to anyone who is serious about their mouth care

I have been a customer of Elegant Smiles foFrom the start I was treated like a gentleman, which meant a lot to me. The dental work I have received has been first class and my fear of dental work as a consequence has been much reduced. With the the change of emphasis towards cosmetic dentristy, I must admit a feeling of forboding. However I was delighted to meet Dr Peter Walker on my recent visit, my kind of dentist!

As someone who is very anxious about going to the dentist and hygienist I had an amazing experience today with both Laudeci and Simon they both put me at ease and explained everything they was going to do! Would highly recommend both of them to anyone who is anxious and I won’t feel as anxious next time I visit! Thank you

An excellent place all round. Warm and welcoming Staff, excellent clinicians and first class service that didn't cost the earth! If you're afraid of extractions and dentistry, as I was, come here, the experience and service is wonderful! Would definitely recommend!
