St Hugh's Dental Care

The treatment I received from Mrs Ganguly, my 2 sessions of periodontal treatment and other review appointments, provided essential relief from my ongoing chronic dental issues. I now have the foundation for a healthier mouth and better general health. Moreover, as a patient prone to anxiety under treatment, the whole exercise was carried out by her and her assistants with care and empathy. Gum salve, injections and care on her part rendered the whole experience pain free! If this treatment is recommended for you, I would go for it.

Had a tooth extraction for the first time ever, and was a bit nervous. I needn’t have worried the staff were so good and professional. They explained at every stage of the procedure what would happen, and what to expect which was very reassuring.

Been coming here for years. It’s decent - the staff are all lovely, friendly and welcoming. Don’t usually have to wait too long for an appointment (and I’ve never had an issue booking the 6 monthly appointments each time) and when I had a filling come out they fitted me in quickly. It’s clean and I do feel that they care about me and my teeth. The parking can be difficult as it’s a small car park so you do need to leave time to park elsewhere and walk just in case, and they often run behind quite a bit, but there’s comfy seats and a nice waiting area with a tv and a water dispenser. My biggest complaint is they don’t do late appointments (Mon-Fri 8-5 and no weekends) which for me is no problem, but for my other half can be a pain as he has to finish early to see a dentist and take holiday for the appointments he needs to have teeth fixed. I wish they’d do one late start with a late (7pm?) finish. Overall it’s a nice place, with nice staff and I’d recommend it.

Although my initial appointment for an extraction failed (due to decay near the nerve) and I needed an antibiotic, today's appointment went well. The dentist and assistant were excellent and kept me informed at every stage as to how it was going and what I needed to do subsequently. All in all very good care.

Excellent, kind treatment during my 2 sessions of deep cleaning. My gums and teeth feel much better and my mouth cleaner. Some great advice for home care which I'm following carefully. Thank you to everyone at St Hugh's.

I've received an excellent service since joining St Hughes Dental Practice, and only wish I'd found them earlier. I've also had several Cosmetic Services, teeth whitening and Invisalign Treatment, which being in my 60's , thought I was too old, for it all to work, but it did! thanks to Francy in giving me confidence that it would work, and to all his Highly skilled technical services, he's Brilliant! . All of the Staff are wonderful and cant rate them high enough. Huge thanks in making my smile so much better.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The reception team were courteous and organised, my appointment started on time, and the dentist provided thorough, gentle, and highly professional care. The practice is clean, modern and patient-focused. My family and I feel very well looked after and would confidently recommend this practice to anyone.
