Complete Care Dental Clinic Lincoln

I’ve always been scared of the dentist and have tried a few different places, but this one is so much better. There is a lovely, friendly vibe from everyone who works here. They never force you into anything you’re uncomfortable with. I see the same dentist and dental nurse every time; she is so happy and kind, and they both do everything possible to put me at ease. I’ve been traumatized by the suction tool in the past, but the nurse did such a great job with it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It was clear that for the dentist, it wasn't just a job; he was actually thinking about how I was feeling and kept checking I was okay. They took their time with my filling to make sure everything was perfect before I left. This was a much better experience than my old dentist.

I would like to thank all the staff at Complete Dental Care Lincoln. I received the best service yesterday when I had to have 2 teeth extracted. I was reassured so many times by the kind and caring Dentist and her lovely assistant throughout the whole visit. Highly recommended.

Amazing care, the team could not have done enough for me with an emergency tooth situation. Thank you for being amazing, nothing was too much trouble and taking the time to explain things and giving me all my options. The outcome is unbelievable! Highly recommend! My two children has their first dentist experience today. Everything was fantastic. The dentist (aya) was so friendly and lovely with them, she explained everything to them. And made it all seem fun. The kids were not frightened at all! And have asked if they are going back tomorrow! Thank you for making their first dentist visit something they enjoyed!

I recently had an emergency appointment to remove a tooth that had been causing a lot of pain and discomfort for a week. I called and explained my situation and the receptionist was lovely and understanding and booked an appointment for the next day. The dentist was wonderful, she was thorough and explained everything clearly and had a lot of time for me. I didn't really speak to the nurse as she was busy assisting the dentist but I thought the whole team were fantastic. I can't recommend them enough.

As someone that is terrified on dentists, I cannot praise these guys enough! The reception staff are totally lovely and Anne and Anna the dentists were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so at ease and we’re really good with me. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience with this dental practice. Completer rip off. I had a severe toothache on my left upper tooth which I got extracted. Then they charged me for a dental checkup and told me that there is a tooth on my right upper which needs filling. I already had a filling done in the past, though they took it off and replaced with another filling. This filling was charged at a very high price. And then I started to have severe pain on the next day causing from the filling they have done. I had to visit again, and they charged me again to treat it. They just riped me off with unprofessional guidance. I felt they just wanted to keep on charging me unnecessarily without providing adequate treatment. They keeps on calling me, I believe this is to cover thier mistake so that I do not got elsewhere. I am experiencing severe pain again as a result of poor treatment they have done. All they wanted is to the charge!!! Not really caring for thier patients. I do not ever recommend them.
