I just wanted to share how pleased I am for my experience at Lincoln Orthadontics. Dr. Clare is truly a perfectionist. It was clear he wasn’t aiming for "good enough", he wanted the absolute best result possible for me. I really appreciated how much care and attention was put into every appointment and decision. The team made sure I was happy every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things and answer my questions. You can tell this practice really cares about getting it right. It felt very personal, not just like I was another appointment on the schedule. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare, and it made all the difference in my experience. I’m beyond happy with my results. Highly recommend to anyone!

Lincoln Orthodontics is truly the most wonderful place. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, always greeting you with a smile and reassuring you at every step of the way. My 3 children are all patients of Matt Clare, who helped me regain my confidence and improve my smile nearly 20 years ago. This made it a simple decision to put our trust in such a dedicated and experienced professional. The entire team who we have had contact with, including Matt, Julie, Amanda, Gail, Ruby, Kelsie and Sarah, have all been incredible and we can't thank you enough for supporting our children in their first steps to gaining a more confident smile. I recently visited the orthodontist for an initial consultation about braces, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From my very first contact with the practice through to attending my appointment, the whole team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. My consultant, Michaela, was fantastic. She explained the whole process clearly and talked me through the different treatment options available. Having had braces herself, she was able to share her own experience and genuinely empathise, which I found really reassuring and helpful. Throughout all of the checks, X-rays, and scans to determine which braces would be right for me, the team made sure I was comfortable and regularly checked that I was okay. I really appreciated how respectful and caring everyone was. I’m due to have my braces fitted in July, and thanks to the excellent care and support I’ve received so far, I’m genuinely excited to start my treatment journey!

What a great, dedicated team. From the moment you first walk in for a consultation to the moment you walk in to get your braces removed the team is informative, welcoming and professional every step of the way. The staff will always make you feel comfortable and confident going through your treatment. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and professional. Michaela made me feel so comfortable and understood, and spent so much time with me explaining everything, giving me all the information and advice I needed. She was so understanding and kind, and all of the dental nurses were absolutely lovely throughout my appointment. Dr. Parvez explained everything so clearly and gave me lots of options for straightening my teeth. It was my first visit today and I’m very impressed. Thank you all so much 🩷

Lincoln Orthodontics has been outstanding from start to finish. Every appointment was clear, friendly, and genuinely reassuring. The team made sure I understood exactly what was happening at each stage, and their professionalism gave me total confidence that I’d chosen the right place to sort my smile. Straightening my teeth was something I’d been putting off for years, always thinking the timing wasn’t quite right. Eventually I decided to take the plunge, went for fixed braces, and honestly—I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole process moved as I expected, and the results have been brilliant. The reaction from people around me has been fantastic. I’m getting so many positive comments, and even my kids keep telling me how great my new smile looks. After spending so long feeling unsure about photos and how my teeth looked, it’s a brilliant feeling to finally be confident. Huge thanks to the whole team at Lincoln Orthodontics—and for the tooth-shaped cookies! I took them home for the kids and they absolutely loved them.
