Lincoln Dental Practice

Needed to see a dentist urgently and they were so helpful. The receptionist was empathic while staying very professional. The dentist l saw (Juno?) was wonderful - kind, friendly but knowledgeable and practical. This practice has made such an excellent impression compared to my previous dentist. My husband and l will definitely join this practice as private patients rather than look elsewhere.

I have visited this practice several times now. My dentist is excellent, careful and professional, informative and responsive (thanks Nimisha) - I saw Jane for my hygienist appointment this time and both she and Sami are again thorough and professional. The practice desk/admin staff are efficient and courteous. All in all, a practice I have confidence in.

Have been with Dr Ayaz Ashraf for many years now. He’s always been very professional and supportive. My son needed to get braises he was reviewed and referred to on a timely basis although there were big issues with getting appointments locally, he managed to get one in leceister rather then 3-4 years waiting. My daughter had overbite issue she was referred immediately. He always advised what is best for my 3 children.

All the staff make for a relaxing and pleasant visit. I particularly enjoy the welcoming and friendly approach of my dentist, Aisha Memon. I would recommend her to anyone.

Waited over half an hour for my appointment which was frustrating. Dental nurse really lovely and talkative. Dentist was fine, but felt like I had entered a sales pitch, trying to sell me teeth whitening, veneers, composite bonding and a hygienist visit, despite telling me there were no changes since last year and all was fine.

Such a great dentist! Everyone is so welcoming and they are also amazing with children my two younger children was really scared but the lady won them over with in seconds! Thankyou guys for being amazing!

Unfortunately, this practice now tries to get you to pay privately, rather than via the NHS. They notified me via SMS that I am due a checkup, which I proceeded to book via their online booking system, only then to be told they will only honour the appointment if I pay privately. When I asked to book an NHS appointment, they told me just to keep calling every 3 to 6 months to see if they have any. Very disappointing. I cant help but feel they are trying to force you to go down the private route with them which obviously costs a lot more money.
