Bupa Dental Care Lincoln - The Strait

Booked an appointment to have my filling refilled with Sue on Reception. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment and rebooked for today. This receptionist however booked me in for a checkup despite my last appointment clearly stating it was for a filling. When I saw Alejandro, he checked my teeth and saw my filling needed work and said I should book another appointment, I said "but that's what the appointment's for" he said "no it just says 10 minute checkup." He went down to Reception to ask them if I could rebook soon and asked them about the mistake but the receptionist I rebooked with wasn't there. Just to be clear, this is NOT Alejandro's fault, he did what he thought was right and couldn't carry out the procedure right after my checkup. I have managed to book another appointment, clarifying with Reception that it's for a filling. But my rebooking 2 weeks ago was inexcusable, she didn't ask what the appointment was for and clearly didn't check the details of my initial booking, leading to this wasted appointment and disturbing my day.

I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted recently. I wasn’t looking forward to it, but my dentist Alex and his dental nurse that Friday, couldn’t have been nicer. They immediately made me feel at ease, explained the procedure to me, were quick and efficient. I waited for a long time for a dentist after Roger left the practice, but Alex was waiting for .

After a traumatic root canal many years ago with another practise (which ended in extraction), I was reluctant about having it done again, however, I didnt want to lose the tooth so I went ahead. Just had my 2nd session. Mr Moomba was brilliant. He was polite, patient and gave me enough juice to make it a pain free experience. The relief when I left was immense. Even after the anaesthetic wore off, there was nothing more than a little discomfort. Thank you sooooo much 😊

Been here for almost 40 years and cannot fault the place. Changed hands a few times and the service standards are always impeccable. Friendly reception staff, dentists and hygienists. Worth looking after your teeth with this company.

This has been my dentist for many years. Reception staff are so friendly. Ana my dentist genuinely cares about you and puts nervous patients at ease and explains things well.

Yasin and Georgia were fantastic at making me feel at ease during a tooth extraction today and I have nothing but praise for them if I could give them more the 5 stars i would a painless expirence and would highly recommend many many thanks , Glyn

Ana, Semera and the team are.great they are always upbeat and get to the problem quickly. After many years of great service and care I have no hesitation recommending this practice.
