Shocking dentist. Had more appointments cancelled than I have been seen. Received a missed call but then they never answer the phone when you try and ring back. Arrived at dentist for my appointment only to be told its cancelled again!!! Would rather not bother having a dentist

I have rung like 8 10 times never once answer the phone ever i have been booked an appointment they cancelled then said book an another aww you will be taken of the register I have been trying to rebook but nooooo one ever answers

Shocking dentist. This used to be a lovely welcoming dentist. Not any more. Cancelled appointments, Rushed appointments and no care given. Two receptionists on but never any answer! I have gum disease, when i saw Mr Mcarthy he made sure i got 3 monthly cleans…not anymore since i had to change dentists! I had a clean with the temp dentist, as it was a two month wait for my usual dentist after him saying you need it asap! and it was the most painful clean Ive ever had with the temp dentist! And lasted 9 mins! Which left me in tears when i left. I have never had a issue with going to the dentist but she was rude, rushed and unprofessional. I have since moved my daughter aged 9, and the level of care is much more significant, she has received xrays and gum measuring , something never done at Yorkshire Smiles in her 9 years, and we have been told all about the importance of diet. Her next appointment will see her get put on the orthodontist list! None of this was ever mentioned at Yorkshire Smiles! Just a rushed 4 minute checkup every 6 months!!

Very happy with our visit. Dentists and staff all very nice. It says wheelchair accessible but when you get into the waiting area there isn't a space for a wheelchair. I had to park my father in the middle of the floor which wasn't ideal. Please just get rid of one single chair so there is always a space available. Very clean apart from a huge dramatic spurt of blood that my father noticed when reclining in the dentist chair.

I have been a patient at this practise for 50yrs then it closed due to Covid no text or any contact explaining the situation. It's now been 18 months and still not a word aaratawarestillawarepaying paying for

I think it’s absolutely disgusting that my appointments keep getting cancelled, I have holes in some of my teeth which go right through my gum, I have 2 teeth missing and just little bits of teeth left in my gum, which have now gone black, I am tasting blood and yack all day long, I’m in so much pain, yet they still cancel my appointments, I would not recommend
