I would highly recommend this dental practice. Absolute amazing staff always so kind & caring and help all their patients that are nervous about the treatment they will be receiving..my dentist Faye is amazing she has always looked after me and explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is currently on leave and hope to see her back in the practice soon,I had ibrahim and another lovely lady ( didn’t get her name that looked after me very well today I really appreciate the hospitality that I’ve received And as for the receptionist Julie she’s absolutely amazing such a lovely caring compassionate beautiful lady always goes over and above to take care and give moral support and advice the practice should be very proud and are very lucky to have Julie as the receptionists to make all the patients feel so welcome. Thank you Julie for your kindness much appreciated and to all the staff. Keep up the amazing work.

Julie the receptionist is so incredibly friendly and helpful, she got me and my family members registered in an incredibly timely manner, and was very informative about the process. Management should be proud they have such a great member of staff. Every time I have attended this dental practice, the receptionists have always been so lovely.

This place is horrific. Dentists have no care for their patients, with multiple dentists ignoring clear signs that their patients are in pain when doing procedures. Both me and a family member have left, visibly upset after an extraction that two different dentists have not bothered to check if either of us were okay before leaving. Will not be returning!!!! Not worth the physical pain from useless dentists who clearly are either completely ignorant to their patients reactions / feelings, or are that incompetent to do a procedure without causing tremendous pain. Other than that, reception staff are friendly and welcoming.

I had to have a plaque removal and the dentist i saw was so violent and impatient. After administering the anaesthetic very aggressively to the point it physically hurt in my eyes and behind my nose she got to work immediately without even waiting for it to kick in. I was in so much pain i was on the verge of blacking out and shaking. My appointment was 9:25 am I'm writing this review at 12:23 am and my lower lip keeps going tingly and numb then twitching. I really think I was injured during the anaesthetic injection. I'm supposed to have fillings put in on Wednesday but I'm not sure I'm going to turn up for the appointment. I may cancel it and ask to be taken off the books.
