Deepti Jain has been my dentist at this practice for years. She is punctual, friendly and thorough. She always comes to the waiting room personally to call me, which is a nice touch. I suffer from a severe gag when in the dentist’s chair and she is very patient and sympathetic about this! A top dentist. Steve

I visited this clinic as a new private patient after many years without dental treatment, and I’m very impressed with the care I received. Dr. Deepti Jain took the time to show me photos of my teeth before and after treatment and clearly explained why the small corner fillings were necessary — the enamel had worn away, and she showed me exactly where. She also completed my cleaning properly and removed all the tartar that had built up. She explained that my brushing technique was incorrect and showed me the right way to brush and floss to prevent tartar in the future. I really appreciated the clear explanations and honesty. The dentist also listened when I mentioned the price displayed on the window was outdated and said she would get it updated. She explained why my first appointment didn’t have enough time — because I was a new patient with no records, and they didn’t know how long I would need. Today everything was done properly with the right amount of time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the treatment, the professionalism, and the transparency. Thank you to Dr. Jain and the dental nurse for their excellent care.

Deepti is a very kind dentist. She sees my daughter regularly. My daughter has been very happy. She is multilingual and that's helpful for communication. She is very relaxed with kids. She is calm and the staff is also very kind .

Highly misleading. The official NHS website clearly states that this practice is currently accepting new NHS patients. However, when I called to register, they completely refused to take me on. It feels like false advertising just to get people on the phone so they can push their more expensive private treatments. Very greedy and a complete waste of time.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. I was in severe pain and contacted them seeking an urgent appointment, but unfortunately the response was not what I expected. The receptionist who said her name was Marie was unprofessional and came across as quite rude, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. Despite explaining that I was in significant discomfort, I was only offered an appointment a week later for a tooth extraction. I felt that my situation was not taken seriously, and the level of care and empathy shown was lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this practice based on my experience, particularly if you are in need of urgent dental care.

I got to join this NHS Dentist straight away. The front desk workers are friendly that's a bonus. It's clean and the dentist is professional as well . I would definitely recommend this dentist. It's £27 for your first check up , that includes a x-ray of your teeth. £75 for a filling.

Dr Deepti Jain is a very good dentist. She is professional, kind and brilliant at her job. I have always received an excellent care from her and her team. She has saved me from losing my tooth that might have been pulled out by another dentist. She reminds me of good dental hygiene practices anytime I go for checkups. She gives me regular dental floss as and when needed. This was the service that I have received this week. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs her services.
