I had a very positive experience. The dentist and her assistant were both incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated their warm approach and care. I’ve already booked my next appointment and I’m happy to return. Highly recommended!

Had an emergency appointment for a very broken tooth, the whole time I was there, I was treated very kindly and given options. We went with an extraction and from start to finish I was reassured and looked after by both Sonia (Dentist) and her dental nurse. I would recommend this practice to anyone. My routine dental work is with another dentist, Claire. I and my children, have gone to her now for many years and she is amazing too. All the practice staff I’ve dealt with are professional and give great attention to their patients.

Very efficient & friendly. The appointment was easy to book & I was seen for treatment very quickly It was an emergency appointment & the dentist put me at ease, I am very nervous at the dentist but this was not an issue. The dentist explained everything perfectly and communicated my options and prices associated with the differing treatments. 100% would recommend anyone to visit

I recently had an appointment at Jem Dental scheduled for 1:00 PM, and unfortunately part of my experience was not positive. I arrived early for my appointment, knocked on the door, and found it was locked. There were several other people standing outside, and they told me that you have to wait outside until you’re let in. I ended up standing outside for about 30 minutes, even though I had arrived early and had a scheduled appointment. It was confusing and frustrating to see multiple patients waiting outside the same way. I find it very strange that patients are not allowed to wait inside, especially when arriving on time or early. I have also heard that the office lady with brown hair has a reputation for being rude to customers. Based on this experience, I can understand why some people may feel that way. I believe management should review this situation and reconsider their waiting policy. Patients with appointments should be able to sit inside and wait comfortably rather than being left outside. That being said, once I was seen, the dentist and the dental assistant were both very good and professional. They were kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. My issue is strictly with the front office experience, not the actual dental care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so the overall patient experience can improve.

I'd gone a very long time without dental treatment due to anxiety. However, I needed treatment and Jem Dental Care took me on as an NHS patient. I needed two fillings and some hygiene work. I'm very happy with the dental treatment I've received and the customer service is also excellent as they took into account my anxiety issues. I highly recommend their dental services.

Really disappointing. I've waited 3 months to see a dentist, only for the Practice to cancel my appointment last minute. Then I booked again and they did the same. It happened again for the third time today. Emailed them a complaint, but no response. Awful service.

Lovely staff. Made me feel at ease and I was very nervous. The dentist was that good I never felt the injections and he talked through everything step by step. Best dentist I've ever been to!
