New Smile Dental Care

Simon has been caring for my teeth since the 1980s(!) I love his enthusiasm for new equipment and his determination to keep my teeth painfree and looking as good as they can. He and the team are welcoming and efficient - if I ever develop toothache I'm offered an immediate appointment which is amazing. The only negative is the fact that the Selby Road surgery can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.

Myself and my daughter Olivia have been visiting James at New Smile for 28 years. I’d never consider going anywhere else. He is a consummate professional and really makes you feel at ease. He explains things clearly and is just the best. He’s got a good sense of humour too! I’m quite a nervous patient but he is so good at what he does and I’d highly recommend him. The whole team here are friendly and will always try to accommodate you. I don’t ever want him to retire! 😀

Wonderful service and could not ask for a more professional and courteous dental surgeon. The practice is very clean, the staff and equipment is very up to date. Would have no hesitation in referring them to others. All of my family children and grandchildren are patients here and have been for over twenty five years . We now travel over 70 miles to attend regular checkups with James and would not go anywhere else . Five stars are not enough!

I had been grinding my teeth during sleep and have always been a very poor sleeper. Simon adjusted my bite and I could not believe what a difference my sleep pattern has been. Sleeping so much better and well worth the treatment. Also I had their quicksleeper anaesthetic system today which was a game changer. No numbness in the face or tongue, fantastic.

James and the whole team of support staff have always gone above and beyond what I would expect from a dental practice. I have a health issue which they accomodate and create a safe enviroment whenever I attend. I get really good advice and feel listened to. I would never even think of going to another practice, especially the large multi practices where you are just a patient number and not a person.

I’m so grateful to Dr. Simon and his team. I always receive excellent care, and today’s treatment was especially comfortable. He used the QuickSleeper for my anaesthetic.It was painless, and it numbed only the gum around the tooth, not the whole side. He always invests in the best, most advanced technology, and it really shows in every visit.
