Excellent dental service by Dr Nahla Elsayed who was extremely patient, reassuring and thorough. She ensured I understood all of my options and respected my decision for treatment. During difficult treatment she was extremely calm and patient which helped me feel at ease. She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend.

In my experience, her work combines exceptional skill with remarkable creativity, focused on achieving the very best outcome for her patients. What also sets her apart is the incredible care, attention, and generosity she brings to every stage of treatment. I have never experienced such dedication and kindness from a healthcare professional. Dr. Mihova is, quite simply, my hero dentist, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be in her care. I went to see Nikita and her dental assistant today. It was the first time in 9 years I had visited the dentist and was very anxious but Nikita and the dental assistant really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and explained everything they was going to do in detail. They both really made me feel at ease and also didn’t put me under any pressure regarding my next appointment. I would like to share a massive positive review for Carlos Rodriguez Aguilar and his dental nurse Nicola. What a complete asset they are to My Dentist. They work hand in hand always going above and beyond to get the job done. I put off my teeth straightening journey for over 25 years due to fear, embarrassment and just thinking it was not possible due to the severe misalignment. After spending lots of time with the two of them I can finally say the mission is now completed, The results are fair better than I ever imagined or could have wished for. Did I believe the Clear Correct would work how they have in the time frame you gave 7-8 months, most definitely not but you were true to your words and I really could not be happier with the results. I want to say a massive thank you to you both for being so kind, caring and attentive throughout my Clear Correct journey. I will never forget how I felt inside the first time I walked in to meet you, but how I felt walking out for the final time with straight teeth was worth it all and more. Yes with a smile that I still show everyday. I had an excellent experience with my root canal treatment done by Dr Ahmed Ahmed. He was calm, friendly and really reassuring throughout the whole treatment, checking in with me regularly and explaining each step as he went. The procedure was completely pain-free, and I felt very well looked after before, during and after. The tooth is feeling fine and improving so far. I Would definitely recommend.

Was a valued paying customer at My Dentist Crossgates. I went to all my appointments and paid every time. Phoned up one day to make an appointment.. only then to be told I'm no longer registered. When I asked why.. the receptionist was arrogant and belittling to me and blamed me for not making an appointment in the time from my last checkup. I did say I have not received any texts or letters or phone calls about making an appointment or being taken off the register.. but apparently its my fault for not making one.. but my name and dob ate still on their system. They are very quick to tell me they are taking private appointments though. They only value money.. not patients.
