The Dental Design Studio

Dr John Bocchetti was amazing during my extraction I had at this practice. I am an extremely nervous patient but Dr Bocchetti and his nurse Gracie made me calm and relaxed during my appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice if you are a nervous patient. The reception staff are also so welcoming.

Excellent doctors Aatila and Viktorija. They worked very well with my little one. They explained what they would do in a very clear language that the child could understand. The most wonderful tooth fairies. The child left with the greatest joy and an even greater desire to return for regular check-ups.

I would like to leave a very good review to the Dental design studio. Last time I have visited was very impressed with a Manager I think her name is Viktorija she was down in the reception with other nurses and I can tell she is very polite and friendly with lots of knowledge women. She provided me with so much information regarding my dental appointment and issues I had. Nurses Lilly was very attentive and carrying all the time I was there. Hygiene doctor Stephanie was very tender and patient with me . Reception lady Popy was very polite and helpful. What I can say over all reception looked talk neat and tidy possibly they have very good cleaner who looks after surgery. I definitely going to recommend this surgery to my all friends . Many thanks to the Manager and her all team. Keep it up a good work

This place is terrible. John Bocchetti has done 3 fillings all of which have to be redone by a competent dentist NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. My full balance has been refunded due to their negligence however they still will not accept liability. The manager Viktorija has no control over any of the staff and will offer no help when your appointments are cancelled (sometimes on the day). i will never recommend place to anyone and have actively encouraged anyone with this dentist to get the work checked another places. This place has ruined my relationship with healthcare ‘professionals’. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING. John has been reported for his malpractice.

Today I went to the dentist with my children and I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. After the examination we quickly received another appointment for the next visit. The entire reception team was pleasant, providing all the necessary information. The Manager Viktorija was also there and communicated with the patients. A very nice woman. Highest recommendations. 💯

Me and my 2 kids has been attending in the Dental Design Studio and we think that the staffs were amazing and they always have smile on their faces which is very welcoming. One particular Dentist has made them feel at ease and comfortable before doing procedure and was talking all the way through and explains everything well in which my kids really appreciate and remember his kind gesture. My daughter says making her watch while doing procedure has massively helped reduced her fear being at dentist 🦷. My daughter was also referred accordingly to the oral surgeon and had her csyt/ extra skin removed which was successful. Thank you for the efficient care that we received. My 6 year old daughter was so happy for the services she received from Dr Rish and Gracie, she had fluoride in her mouth so she was not able to say thank you while in the room, she was so happy for the services and when the fluoride cleared she said that she was very happy and was sad that she was not able to tell them thank you in person. From the receptionist to everyone we came across they were all amazing. And a big thank you for the work you do. You restored her smile and confidence.
