I recently went in for a dental examination and had a really great experience. Alex was my dentist, and him and his assistant were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helped me feel at ease right away. He made the whole appointment very comfortable and explained everything clearly during the examination. I didn't feel rushed at all. Overall, a very positive visit with friendly staff. I definitely recommend this practice, especially if you're someone who feels a bit nervous about going to the dentist.

In a word... Brilliant. I am a very anxious person, and I found the Smiles team to be very caring, patient and professional. Alex is an easy going, confident, skilled Dentist who I found easy to trust. I would highly recommend this Practice to anyone.

Really fantastic service and treatment. Staff are knowledgeable and offer good advice & clearly care about their patients’ health and wellbeing. They are always welcoming, and put me at ease, explain treatment and options thoroughly and do an excellent job job!

3rd day in a row unable even to get through to speak to them. Messages left on their system - no call back. Email responded and promised a call back. No call back!! Just plain rude. No response. How could anyone possibly have confidence in this, appallingly run business??

Cant give Alex a high enough review, I am a very nervous patient and he made me feel at ease and really spent a lot of time working with me on my teeth and reassuring me. He is underway on transforming my top teeth, with the two front ones done so far and what a difference he has made. Not only am I now less frightened but I feel I can be confident in my smile. A few more visits to go, and then a lifetime client Alex will have from me as I really think he is the nicest dentist I have met. Thanks Alex 🙂
