Smile Dental Care

Ive had 2 visits here now, the first a check up and then a second with 2 fillings and both times ive been extremely happy. Navya and her dental nurse were both really nice, Navya explained everything well and her work was brilliant too, as someone whos normally nervous im really glad i picked here.

I had my first visit here today. I went in feeling very nervous but the dentist, Peter and his dental nurse, Michelle both made me feel at ease straight away with their friendly and caring manner. Peter was very kind and gentle throughout and took his time to explain everything to me clearly. Michelle was friendly and funny and made me feel relaxed. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you both.

I had my first visit here on Monday 13th and as an extremely nervous patient I was dreading going, but I could not have wished for a better visit or dentist and nurse. Sylvia and Michelle were so kind and patient with me throughout the whole appointment. Thankyou both so much. (also thanks Michelle for the tip to stop me gagging when having my xrays done don't care if it was in my head it worked 😊). 💯% recommend.

I’m not a type of person to complain, however this is horrible service. As someone who works in a dental healthcare as well, I understand the importance of patient satisfaction. However the front of house team seems to never respond. Phone lines are always "busy" for every time I call. Morning, lunch and later. What if someone had an urgent emergency? An email was sent 5 days ago and nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that an email has been received. Looking at other reviews, it seems like I am not the only one who experiences this and not the first, second, OR FIFTH time this keeps happening. It’s giving warning flags that the management has not reviewed these and acted upon it… honestly what a shame. From one dental clinic to another? Fix up your management - as it is not "managing".

What is going on here? The man who answered the phone has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered! He spoke over me every time I called and got through (which was rare) after I had to call again after being transferred to a dead line. I called again and before I could even finish explaining what the issue was, the same man transferred me to the dead line… AGAIN! Waited numerous times to get to position 1 in the queue to be then sent to voicemail, I never got a staff member’s name and was never told at the start of the calls. Absolutely terrible and I would advise everyone reading this to complain to the INTEGRATED CARE BOARD, King’s Lynn and Waveney!

I've had three visits to the dentist now. All three times have been great. Very helpful and caring staff. Reception have always been polite. Will deffo go again.
