About 6 months to a year later my tooth is still sensitive. Not only that a big portion was taken from it so there's alot of food get trapped. I rang up to complain and was asked if I pay for my treatment?! Then was offered she take a look but Im not going back even if treatment was free. Must of gone downhill because I got it recommended. As a family we have been going to this dentist now for nearly 5years. She is brilliant with children, really tries to make it fun and my kids are thankfully not scared when i say we are going for our check up. I've also recently had to visit to sort out two fillings and the dentist was very kind. I never feel like she is adding on unnecessary treatment. I would highly recommend this practice and do to friends and extended family.

Visited there today, excellent care from Dr Frances and her Dental nurse, very good advice, very pleasant in their approach. My family and I changed dentist a few years ago and we all have had exceptional care since registering with Pearls Dental centre. I have recommended this dental practice to many who are looking for a dentist.

Extremely disappointing experience after years as a patient I have been registered with this practice for around 15 years, but today’s experience has made me decide I would never recommend this surgery to anyone. My appointment was booked six months in advance. Due to heavy traffic and roadworks during school-run hours, I was delayed and called the practice ahead of time to inform them. I arrived around 25 minutes late, having made every effort to attend. While I understand if the dentist could not see me, what is unacceptable is the way I was treated. The receptionist was rude, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, including saying "it’s NHS, what do you expect?" I have previously waited 30–40 minutes for appointments without complaint, yet no courtesy or understanding was shown to me. Sadly, this reflects a wider issue at this practice. The dentist herself has consistently lacked gentleness and professionalism!! Previous treatments, including scaling, were extremely painful, causing gum pain that I have never experienced at other practices. NHS patients still deserve basic respect, dignity, and safe, gentle care. Today’s behaviour was completely unacceptable.

Had wisdom tooth extracted. Aftercare and service by Dr Francis was excellent. Saw me for an emergency appointment on short notice. Receptionist also very helpful. Thank you very much!

The rudest and most obnoxious professional I've ever had to deal with in any field. Terrible work doing my root canal.. It's never felt natural and I'm CONSTANTLY flossing, which according to the dentist is normal. It isn't the case with my other root canal from another dentist. Which is perfection. The excuses the dentist gave and how i was spoken to was ridiculous and condescending. And the receptionist doubling up as a nurse - in and out of the surgery - isn't there any hygiene issues here? Both the receptionist and dentist terribly rude and unprofessional as each other. I am a private paying patient. I WOULDN'T have work done from Pearls for free!!

Receptionist has no idea how to talk to people, very rude and useless. The dentist was equally useless, barely a min examination and couldnt assist.
