I've been attending this practice for a few years now with my daughter. Dr Mehrotra is super understanding, very gentle and gives good advice. My daughter is very anxious and has really warmed up to him which says a lot. The team are also very welcoming and friendly.

Great experience with Dr. Rishi, and a special thanks to the receptionist Biravi. She was warm, patient, and consistently kind with everyone. Her professionalism and positive energy really made a difference.

I recently had a filling done and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was smooth, reassuring, and carried out with real care.

I have been with this dentist for over 15 years and my children have been seeing him since they were little. The dentist is very good technically and I have had no issues with the dental treatment he has done. The only concern is the lack of clarity with what treatments fall under each of the NHS bands, especially with Band 1 where it states that clean and scale of teeth is done only when clinically necessary. I am still very confused as my children have tartar on their teeth which I believe should be cleaned at least once a year, but I don't know how bad this has to be in order to meet the requirements for Band 1 clean. The general service is good and requests for referrals is done in good time but the chasing for treatments is left to the patients to follow up themselves which I assume is normal practise. The booking of appointments is limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays which does present challenges to those who work 9-5pm and their is no grace time if the patient is late, however, you are able to book months in advance if you know your availability. Overall this is a good dentist whose work I trust and his expertise is second to none.
