Sadly I have to leave one star - this is not online hate but I am leave my feedback from my personal experience. I’ll try to keep it short so it’s easy to read. I’m over 18 so yes I paid for the full treatment and I’m a private patient. Had braces on for nearly 4years got extracted 2upper and lower front teeth. My teeth were crooked so they gave me options: with Invisalign I won’t need extraction but metal braces I have to get rid of 4teeth! I choose metal braces because it was slightly cheaper (biggest mistake). After 4years my braces came off last month and guess what I left with gaps 🙂 the dentist asked me if I’m happy with everything I said you’re the dentist you know better (another biggest mistake - I should’ve checked properly instead of blindly trust them). Dr. Dana previously messaged me privately and ordered me to remove my feedback which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional (as previously I left feedback about my treatment) and also she asked me to leave a positive feedback for her personal clinic. I am leaving only honest review and yeah it’s not worth spending money and time here. I’m still regretting. - (Yes, I am wearing my retainers regular basis but that won’t fix this gap!!)

Had my Invisalign treatment done here, and I am very pleased with the results! A huge thanks to all the team, but in particular to the dental nurse Taha, who was very kind and made me feel at ease throughout this process!

We have had a very positive experience at Malmin Authodontist Ilford. My daughter her just come to the end of her brace journey of 22 months through the NHS. All the staff are polite and approachable, and we knew exactly what was happening all the way through. Appointments are easy to get - and the reception team and knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter’s teeth look incredible now! Thank you Malmin Ilford!

Not very impressed with the first ever appointment of my child. We saw two dentists and neither of them had the courtesy to say hello to my child to make him feel at ease. Also they appeared to be rushing through the appointment. Hopefully the experience will change, come our next appointment.

I just finished my braces treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire team at Malmin was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about my progress. Every appointment was smooth and on time, and they always took the time to explain each step and answer my questions. My smile looks amazing now — better than I ever imagined! I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Malmin orthodontist to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

I posted this review a few months back and the dentist actually had the nerve to call me and ask me to delete it and i did because i felt bad but honestly i dont want anyone getting scammed by these people. I had braces and went they got taken off i had noticeable flaring but no one addressed that issue. After i posted the review the dentist tried calling me and saying it wasnt in our treatment plan that there would not be flaring and the flaring was actually because I didnt wear my retainers. If it was because i "didnt wear my retainer" post my before and after photos then? lets see it then we’ll know if im lying. And they tried saying id have to discuss payment plans to get the flaring fixed. so you make a mistake and you want me to pay again after ive filled your pockets already once before? Greedy people that have no integrity in their work and do not care how it affects people. The least they can do is offer me a revision treatment for free. I cannot believe this is how they treat patients. IM BEGGING YOU ALL PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I want a revision treatment FOR FREE to solve this mess.

Absolutely awful experience we had today!! One individual female dr on the second floor, room near to the back side was extremely rude, aggressively talking, and was not very helpful with my younger sisters appointment. When we asked her a question she would answer very rudely and was not happy with my experience and I wouldn’t recommend going to her at all!!! Very upset and angry at the moment, improve your staff!!!
