I had a great experience at the clinic today. I came in for an ICON White Spot treatment, and I am very happy with the results. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. A special thank you to Dr. Henry for his excellent care and professionalism, and to Dr. Hammad for being so kind and attentive. I would also like to thank Amelia, who was very welcoming and supportive during my treatment. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt relaxed from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. All the dentists at this practice are great but today we met our new dentist at the practice. I am always nervous going after a horrible experience as a child but Chris was amazing, his kind nature and how he spoke to us was so reassuring. He put me at ease and so did his dental nurse. I have to also give a shout out to their receptionist Julie, who always knows it is me when I call and always does her best to help when I have an issue.

Went here yesterday for an emergency tooth removal, The service they offered was outstanding. The receptional was so polite & professional. I got there early & they got me in to treat me before my allocated time slot. The Dentist & her assistant was extremely professional & considerate & done an amazing job. For the first time in my life I want to go back to a dentist & have asked to be put on there waiting list for new NHS patients.

I have been with this clinic for a good few years now after having countless bad experiences with dentists this one has never failed me. Recently, I had realised that I had gotten times mixed up for my next appointment. I talked to Julie over the phone and explained my circumstances to her and she was so helpful and kind, she could have taken me off the list but instead offered me an appointment for the following week. The selflessness and understanding nature of this clinic as a whole is the reason I would recommend it to anyone in the area. It’s a shame that Tariq is leaving he is AMAZING! So so so helpful and probably the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. The dental assistant Amelia is also very friendly , kind and reassuring. The professionalism is amazing. Thank yky

Lovely experience from start to finish, Dr Henry/Chris is really friendly and he put me at ease. He took great care of me and my family, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional, caring and trustworthy dentist.

Not my most pleasant experience but my experiences at Oaklands dental practice was without doubt the best I’ve ever experienced from the receptionist through to the dentist thanks Oaklands.

Had full hygiene clean, check up and small filling no pain whatsoever dentist she was lovely receptionist are always polite and you always seem to get appointments easily the waiting room is spotless with nice chairs five stars*****
