Incredible, all of the staff are lovely. All of the orthodontists as well as the receptionists, it’s always quick and easy. There are early morning appointments, so it’s easy to fit around work. I’ve just been fitted for my retainer and I’m so gassed with how my teeth look now! Big shoutout to Chloe for being fabuloussss!

As a new patient, I felt incredibly welcomed and cared for from the moment I stepped into the practice. My new smile is amazing. Thank you to all the orthodontists and dental nurses at Huddersfield Orthodontics who saw me throughout my treatment, especially Georgia, for her dedication and for guiding me through the orthodontic process. The results after almost 5 years having braces has exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled with the results and grateful for everyone’s expertise. Thank you to the wonderful reception team, especially Chloe and Valeria for their warm welcomes and for always making scheduling appointments a breeze. My son for the last 8 months has attended clinic and we were impressed from start to finish. All staff are super friendly, courteous and incredibly professional, always happy to help and the care and service we received was first class. Mightily impressed and highly appreciative as the end result has been phenomenal, cannot thank them enough!!!

I had such a lovely experience at Huddersfield Orthodontist and wanted to say a big thank you to Louise Derby and the whole team. Louise is incredibly patient, kind, and so good at explaining everything about braces and the whole procedure in a way that’s easy to understand. She really took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. The reception staff and everyone at the clinic are also so friendly, welcoming, and professional it makes every visit feel relaxed and positive. I’m really excited to start my braces journey with them and feel I’m in the best hands. Thank you all for being so helpful and supportive. Firstly I want to highlight how wonderful the receptionist is, from the first point of contact, to the welcome we recieved the moment we walked in. Chloe especially always makes our visits, phone calls & experience, smooth, comfortable & stress-free. The specialist my son saw were always so calm, patient and lovely with him. Two who stand out are Noriko who when treating my son noticed he was in pain and was about to cry, not only did she take her time with him, speak to him and explain what was happening, she also stroked his face continously and showed him so much love, care and compassion. Then there is Tomas who has seen my son numerous times, each time he walks in, he is greeted with a smile, he talks through everything that is going to happen, he treats him with such compassion and care. These people are an absolute asset to the team!

been coming here since 2022 when i got my braces fitted. I’ve just got them removed, great service. Receptionist Chloe always gave me booking dates and was great at sorting things out especially when i’d have to get my braces tightened during school hours, she would make sure i wouldn’t get into trouble by saying "they can ring me if there’s any hassle" and by giving a note. Overall, really good there and i am glad with the outcome of my teeth.

Had the best experience at this Orthodontics practice, mainly because my first point of contact has been top tier all because of Chloe the receptionist.its been ages since I've had anybody in any type of care service be as open honest and welcoming as Chloe. Georgia was exceptional with explaining all details not only on after care but also with step by step involvement as a patient as to what is being done at that particular stage answered all my questions with thorough answers,appreciated this alot. Louise was brilliant at the very beginning of my daughters braces journey. Very very informative and polite. I would absolutely come here again, couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I've recieved. Chloe is a credit to the practise as your 1st point of contact can set the tone for each visit on how the greet you. Not once have I had any negative vibes of contact at this practice.
