I have always had a real fear of the dentist but I Hasnie was absolutely amazing and the lady assisting him He got me into the chair, took the time to calm my nerves, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. He was patient, understanding, and reassuring, which made a huge difference to my experience. The care and professionalism I received were outstanding, and for the first time in a long while, I felt comfortable at the dentist. I would highly recommend Imran Hasnie and the team to anyone, especially those who are nervous about dental treatment. Thank you to all, the receptionist becca was lovely and im a happy chap with my tooth removed with no discomfort at all 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came there as an emergency walk-in after suffering for four days, and yet from the very first moment I felt as if I had been their patient forever. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, with a warm, almost family-like approach, which immediately put me at ease. A very special thank you to the doctor for treating me with such genuine kindness, compassion, and understanding — it means more to me than I can put into words. I had an excellent experience at Greenhead dental! All the staff were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My dentist, Jack Ferris was brilliant throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently and delivered excellent treatment. The clinic was clean and well-equipped, and the treatments were painless and efficient. Also, thank you to Becca the receptionist who dealt with my enquiries promptly and was very helpful throughout. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

I had an emergency appointment, made through 111 , for a broken tooth + reoccurring abcess ,yesterday (same day appointment 22/10/25) and was terrified I was quickly put at ease , with "Becca" the receptionist ,who was understanding , professional and reassuring On entering Dr I Hasnies surgery he calmed me , supported me with breathing and explained everything fully ... I felt that confident ,that I actually requested an extraction ( broken molar) Dr Hasnie was patient and so pleasant to me ,giving me time between injections ,to regain my composure . Hey presto the little blighter was out ,before I knew it . I can't thank greenhead dental practice enough , for caring and ridding me of pain . I was so pleased with this service , that I am now going to go private with this practice Thank you Dr Hasnie , thank you to the lovely dental hygienist and thank you Becca .... I am forever grateful I would recommend greenhead dental practice, to anyone ☆☆☆☆☆ 😁

"I am writing to express my disappointment following my appointment at Greenhead Dental Practice today. While my clinical treatment was fine, the reception service was unacceptable.After a deep clean, I was heavily numbed and unable to speak clearly. Despite this, the receptionist was shouting at me and rushing me for payment and a follow-up booking. There was no care shown for my physical state; instead of offering a seat or a moment to recover, I felt pressured and treated rudely. I had hoped the reception service was improving, but this experience has unfortunately changed my view. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this incident and an assurance that staff will be more mindful of patients immediately following treatment."

Went to Greenhead dentist today after 15 years of not visiting a dentist due to phobia. Let me tell you I was treated like royalty and was so well looked after. I was sweating buckets and was so nervous, but all the staff and the doctor made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I heard good things about this dental practice, and all the rumors are true! Such a good dentist I would recommend all to come for your treatment here. Im actually looking forward to the next time now. Spotless, family friendly, parking available, kind friendly staff, good doctors, get seen on the actual appointment time, no waiting about, 11 out of 10!

The dentist i beleive is called imram is absolutely lovely and highly skilled i couldnt ask for someone better to do work takes his time and talks you through the process
