Lockwood Dental Practice

God help anyone who even attempts to register here. They deliberately don't reply to emails. When you ring up, it's a 20 minute wait. I explained to rudest receptionist ever, who answered the phone that I wasn't registered and was enquiring. She asked me for my date if birth, then said " you're not registered here". I said I had already said that. She put the phone down after telling me I wasn't going to be registered because of they way I speak?! Supposedly? What help or hope is there for anyone with attitude like that and she's still allowed to work there treating people like this when she can't be bothered to listen! As ever no one there will bothered about reading reviews, so she'll just carry on getting away with talking to people like that. Anyone else would be sacked instantly. Outrageous beyond belief

I highly recommend this dentist, especially Dr Tahir. He is professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment.

Absolutely appalling! Refused my 9 year old daughter and appointment with a cracked tooth. 111 put the appointment through as an emergency. Their excuse was nothing had come through on the system. When I contacted 111 the dental practice had refused to assign an appointment! Receptionist so rude I swore at her down the phone. If you manage to ever get an appointment here I wouldn't go. Read previous reviews also. Set of butchers by the sounds of it and the receptionist whoever you are just hope I don't pop in one day to say hi!!

Avoid at all costs! Constantly cancelling appointments, poor treatment and clearly only in it for the money! Glad we've managed to get into a super new practice. I had been with lockwood dental for over 35 years and since these jokers took over my dental health has been poor as I've hardly been seen. Hope they are closed down soon!

Amazing staff, dentists and nurses ! I’ve been in many of the practices around Huddersfield and none have treated me as well as Lockwood. Dentists are professional and friendly as well as the nurses and hygienists. Farzana my dentist made me feel so very calm when I’ve had any procedures done! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Horrible experience. First time visiting the dental hygienist called bromwin or something along those names, I’m sorry but for someone working with patients, she was extremely rude and intimidating. She literally made me feel like crap, the dental nurse wasn’t suctioning properly which caused me to end up choking twice. The dental hygienist in her exact words said.. what’s the matter, it’s only water, do you not swallow water? Erm, I do but not when it’s mixed with blood. She also said I was an embarrassment. How dare someone talk to a patient like this? Especially when it’s a first time patient, you’re supposed to make them feel welcomed and understood! Please go brush up on your people skills otherwise I kid you not, you will scare all the patients away! Will be putting in an official complaint too.
