I had a really positive experience at the clinic today. The ladies at reception were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The dentist was also very kind and took time to explain every step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment. He also explained the insurance plan options in a very straightforward and helpful way. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’m glad I chose this clinic after reading other people’s reviews online.
Farah and her assistant were absolutely incredible today. The receptionists were also just wonderful and so very helpful. I have a bit of a thing for germs but the clinic was so very clean. They answered all my questions and were wonderful with our daughters who were coming for the first time. 10/10. This is a wonderful clinic.
Recently became a patient at the clinic, after quite a few years neglecting dentist visits. I was a bit worried about what was in store for me, but I needn’t have been at all - the team have been absolutely fantastic at guiding me through it all and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Special mentions for Adeel, who carried out the work I needed doing in such a considered and personable fashion, and for Ines, who again was so friendly and did such a great job scaling my teeth. I wholeheartedly recommend Crosland Moor Dental Clinic to anyone on the lookout for a dentist 😊
