My experience of Church Street Dental Practice has been so positive. I walked in with teeth i didn't like and walked out with my smile transformed by Scott and Emily. Following my recent visits I felt like I had to write a review. I have a real fear of the dentist following a past experience at another practice. However from my first appointment here to now, the care I’ve received from both Ahmad and Morgan has been second to none. Whether I’ve been just for a check up or for treatment, everything that is happening has been explained and I’ve been treated with kindness. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and I’d recommend Ahmad and Morgan to anyone.

Had a very good experience at church street dental. After losing a tooth and not having a dentist, I was very lucky to find a private appointment with Anita. Needed 2 fillings which were quick and painless. Very professional and great experience. Thank you Anita and Susan! Hoping to become an NHS patient when availability occurs.

I was extremely anxious about having my tooth extracted, but my experience today was very calming. From the moment I arrived, Anita and Susan were incredibly kind and reassuring. They both took the time to calm my nerves and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. Thanks to their professionalism and friendly approach, the procedure itself was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined. They talked me through everything and made sure I was at ease throughout. I’m really grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone who feels nervous about dental treatment

Had invisalign & whitening done at CSDP, started with a check up with Anita and then seen Claire to get started setting up my treatment plan. 6 month later, my teeth are straight & white. Would highly recommend the practice, especially Anita & Claire, all the staff are great!

Staff have serious issues with customer interaction, I’ve never met people who seemed so irritated to help. Won’t name names but one particular dentist is immensely blunt and rude, making assumptions about my oral care without even asking me and speaking to me in a very unprofessional way. Over time I have seen plenty of other customers coming out from this dentist, all looking very upset as a well. Quick service so didn’t take up too much of my time, but a very unfriendly service at that.

I visited the practice last week for an extraction and this was completed by Jonny assisted by Emily who were both very professional and made the experience as pain free as possible. Emily provided great support and encouragement during the procedure which was greatly appreciated.
