Clare was wonderful with my toddler on his first dentist visit, he really enjoyed going. Very nice clean practice with handy online form filling to save time while we were there. Only a 5 minute wait to be seen for our appointment which is much appreciated

After having an emergency appointment 2 weeks ago and only on a Thursday as this is the day they are operating for NHS patients. The office staff are so friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed during and after the appointment. However the dentist practitioner not sure of her name now as I was in so much pain. Explained my situation of constant pain in my tooth and it was chipped to be told she wasn't concerned about it. So 2 weeks of pain goes back today paid the fee yet again,to see the same practitioner to be told the tooth is now infected and needed to be removed. Stuck the needle in my gum and nearly jumped through the roof... She removed the tooth and said she didn't think I needed antibiotics for the infection. Came home the side of my face got bigger and bigger and the pain was unbearable. Decided to ring 111 to be told to speak to the dentist. Rang them spoke to the consultant who removed the tooth only to be told there was noone could see me now and to try out of hours dentist. I'm absolutely disgusted in the service. Rang 111 back and now have to pay again to be checked by another dentist. I will never return to this dentist. Shocking behaviour. I've had teeth removed before and never ever suffered pain like this. I wouldn't recommend 🤬

They couldn't fit me in for an appointment but the receptionist advised me about the urgent dental appointments elsewhere. Thank you very much

Seen as an emergency patient today. Staff lovely and friendly. Clare and her dental nurse made me feel very much at ease. Wish they were taking on nhs patients but so impressed with their care I’m looking to join as a private patient. Thank you for seeing me and helping me out

John and his team are lovely, they care for you and respect your limitations without any hesitation. My husband would never go to a dentist until I took him to mine and they were brilliant, he now goes without hesitation. I have had this dental practice since the late 80's and I have never had any problems with them. I would highly recommend this dentist, I just wish they would take on new clients as my in-laws are interested in joining.

Tried to make an appointment as a new patient on a Monday morning, phone went straight to answering machine so I left a message to return my call, no response, so I emailed them from the Web address on their website explaining what I had already done; still no reply either by email or phone and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Terrible customer service! Practice needs up skilling to 21st century methods of communication!

Been a patient for 36 years! First class dental practice!!!! The staff are so friendly, and very professional!! Would recommend this practice to anyone!
