I had such a lovely experience visiting the dentist with my daughter. From the moment we arrived, the whole surgery was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The staff were kind, patient, and made us both feel completely at ease. Rajen the dentist was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped both me and my daughter feel comfortable and reassured. His calm and friendly manner made the visit so much easier, especially for my daughter. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their patients and providing the best possible care. We left feeling very happy with the service and grateful for such a positive experience. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental practice.

I would 100% recommend this dentist. They got me registered and looked at within 24 hours. Very freindly staff. No waiting around. I honestly do not think I could have asked for anything more. ISA and Hannah was great, receptionist was great with follow on phone call to see how I was. The dental cleaning lady was great. I can see why they have 4.9 reviews. Keep up the good work. i was experiencing a problem with my teeth, I got an appointment quickly. the dentist was knowledgeable, skilful and took an x-ray. He explained what was going on and my options. One NHS option and also potential private options were possible. he just told it as it is, no pressure at all and did indicate possible costs. Other than waving a magic want he could do no more

This morning, I had an appointment with Hannah, for my 6 monthly hygienist appointment. She was very professional and talked me through all of the steps needed to keep my teeth at their best. I am nervous at the dentist, and Hannah put me totally at ease throughout the appointment. Thank you Hannah, for being so caring and making my dentist visit a pleasant experience

My first dentist visit for over 10 years so was feeling anxious. The staff at House of Dental have been superb. Always a warm welcome when you walk through the door. The dentist, dental nurse and hygienist were so lovely, always making sure I felt at ease and explaining everything step of each procedure. I would highly recommend House of Dental.

My daughter ( 7) who is always very uneasy & anxious about dentists went her for her appointment. It was our first time here and they were absolutely amazing. She was very scared since finding out about her appointment ( witch was made last night! ) yet she was made welcome from walking in the door to walking out after appointment. Everyone was very nice to her. The dentist she saw was absolutely lovely and friendly. She felt very comfortable, very safe and very happy. Shes told everyone about her appointment and the friends she has made! She now can not wait to go again and has even asked if she can go again tomorrow! Definitely a change from the little girl that would get very worried even hearing about a maybe dentist appointment. Would definitely recommend. Will be booking myself and the rest of my family in aswell!

I have been under Mr Bates (dentist) and Chloe (dental nurse) for a few years now and have always received great service. This year I have had some real problems and have had to visit them on several occasions, and every time I can honestly say, it has been a pleasure to see them both! Yes the dentist is expensive and it’s not exactly fun, but Simon and Chloe really get to know you as a person, remember small details that mean the world, and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and are being looked after. Cannot thank them both enough for their care and the laughs we have whilst I’m in the chair! Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
