I had an excellent experience at the Wycombe Dental Hub. I was in significant pain and needed an emergency appointment in a very short notice. The reception team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The first stage of my root canal treatment was completed smoothly, and my pain was treated immediately. I was impressed by the fact that they're open 24/7, and that the team encouraged me to contact them anytime if I had any concerns after treatment. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring staff from start to finish. Thank you to Dr Lama and her team.

Milena and Matt were fantastic - so patient and caring. This is not my local dentist as I had to have emergency treatment and was in a lot of pain. I was very impressed with their responsiveness, care and dedication - even coming in on Milena’s day off to finish my treatment. Highly recommend this dental centre thanks to the great staff and flexibility.

Matt & Milena were amazing during my emergency visit to the practice at 11pm! They were welcoming my, friendly and explained the full process in great detail. I commend them for their patience despite it being close to midnight.

We came here as an emergency at 10:30 on a Friday evening for my son, and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. My son had an impacted, infected wisdom tooth, and within half an hour, Melina, with the assistance of Matt, had expertly extracted it. The procedure was smooth, quick, and put us both at ease.

He explained clearly why I was having tooth pain, showed me the X-rays, and talked me through all the different treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. He took his time to make sure I felt informed and comfortable, and recommended the best treatment for me without any pressure. Throughout the procedure, Asim was professional, reassuring, and very calming. Him and his dental nurse made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free, especially as this was my first visit to the practice. I went in for a tooth extraction and it went really well. Milena did it and her and the rest of the staff were really helpful, it was explained what would happen before. I was nervous before but was very happy after it and my tooth was removed. It was a difficult procedure due to my roots being so close to the other teeth and the rest of the teeth were fine and not affected by the excellent procedure.
