We’ve had such a positive experience at Making Smiles Orthodontics. The reception staff are always very friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrive. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and offers affordable treatment without compromising on quality. A special thank you to Dr Jaisinghani for his professional and experienced advice regarding my son’s twin block — we truly appreciated his knowledgeable and reassuring approach. Thank you as well to Mariana for patiently answering every single question my son asked and for completing his treatment with such great care and encouragement. And a big thank you to Hanna, who took care of my son today and fixed his bonded retainer so efficiently. We’re very grateful for the empathy, professionalism, and kindness shown by the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert orthodontic care.

I took my daughter to this orthodontic practice and unfortunately our experience was very upsetting. The head orthodontist spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner, which immediately made my daughter feel uncomfortable and anxious. We explained that she had struggled to wear her retainer consistently and wanted to discuss next steps. However, we felt pressured into Invisalign and were told that if we did not pay for it, no further treatment would be provided. This was communicated abruptly and felt unprofessional. We were also told to pay £140 for a second retainer, which added to our frustration given the overall tone of the appointment. We also found the reception staff unhelpful and unfriendly. On one occasion, I arrived two minutes late due to after school and work traffic and was refused entry. This felt unnecessarily harsh and poorly handled. Orthodontic care should prioritise compassion, clear communication, and professionalism, especially for young patients. Sadly, this was not our experience. We have since moved to another provider and noticed a clear difference in care.

I came here 2 years ago to put on my braces, where Dr Sathiskumar and his assistant Dr Nargav (Sorry if I spelt the names wrong!) helped me adjust my braces every few weeks, until now, where I took off my braces today. Throughout those 2 years, they have helped me by a ton, and my teeth went from pointing in different directions to being perfectly aligned with each other! Would 100% recommend it to anybody that would like a perfect smile, and it is worth the wait of adjusting the braces over years!

Dr. Sathish Kumar Nadanasigamani and his Dental Nurse Nargis have been fantastic over the last 2 years with my now 16 year old Jamie. Always welcoming and professional. Jamie had traditional braces top and bottom and is now using the retainers . They gave us great advice throughout and guided us on how to get along with the braces throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their child's teeth done.

Very good orthodontists, nice one named Sam who explained everything to me and was polite. Very impressive customer service. Had an issue, and left a review, and a higher up came to speak to me personally to rectify it, clearly took it seriously and handled it as such. Still not wholly impressed by the original issue and one receptionist, but they did listen and do better upon knowing of said issue.

The receptionist, Aliya is always professional and welcoming towards me. She is organized, very caring when it comes to rescheduling my appointments, and always ready to answer questions or provide clear information about appointments and treatment details. Her communication makes the process straightforward and stress-free. The orthodontist provides excellent care, taking the time to explain treatment plans thoroughly and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed. It’s clear that the practice values both high-quality orthodontic care and strong patient support. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

I went with my child to the surgery to see the next stage of the treatment process for their braces. Dr Jaisinghani was extremely churlish, and I have never experienced this sort of behaviour from any practising dentists or orthodontists. This outlandish behaviour from this so-called 'orthodontist' was upsetting for me too. Is this the sort of behaviour condoned by dental practices now? I do hope that the managerial team at this practice do consider improving their staff's quality of care, and even more so, respect, for all future patients of this 'practice centre'.
