I’m so pleased to be able to attend this dental practice. All members of the team are approachable, friendly, and helpful over the phone/in person. They certainly make you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. My appointments are within a reasonable time frame and we have never been kept waiting very long. Sunil always explains everything and tells you the treatment options that might be required so you can make an informed decision. I would thoroughly recommend this dental surgery. .

This was my first visit to the this particular dentist. I booked an appointment as I had an issue with a tooth and was delighted, when as promised, if an earlier appointment became available, they would contact me, which they did. As I have never previously received any treatment to my teeth in 60yrs (not even a filling) so when I was advised that a tooth needed to extracted, I was anxious and nervous. The dentist was extremely informative, explained exactly what he was going to do and why, what to expect and showing me the x-rays etc., so that I could see what the issue was with the tooth and why it needed to come out. He didn't rush me, answered my questions and put me at total ease before he began to deal with the issue. The nurse was also very kind, supportive, friendly and professional. She also took great care of me and for this, I am truly grateful. Thank you both for taking the time, for your understanding and for putting me at ease and for making my experience not as bad as what I envisaged it would be.

I have been patient of Sunil’s for about two and a half years now, after my previous dentist in Amersham retired. Having had a few not so great experiences in the past with dentists, I am happy to say that this time my treatment with Sunil has been very good. The practice has a friendly atmosphere and everyone is so helpful. I feel that I can ask Sunil any questions about my treatment, he really listens and always takes any problem seriously. This was very true of my latest treatment of having three dental implants, I definitely did the right thing when I waited until I was Sunil’s patient. He talked everything through so well and was always there for me if I needed to check on something, just great!

I had a crown replaced and was very impressed with Dr Shah and his excellent team. Appointments were prompt and the treatment exceptionally professional. Highly recommended.

Professional and friendly, Sunil always takes the time to tell you what he proposes to do , what he has found and what he suggests for the future. Sunil shows you and explains the x rays taken and what they suggest needs to happen next. He tells you the costs and timescales involved. Crucially he always fits you in swiftly for emergency appointments and facilitates wisdom teeth extraction. Though I have moved some distance away, I do not hesitate to return to Bovingdon Dental, as I know I will have the best quality treatment, without any pressure to have more work done than is necessary.
