I took my mom during the Christmas period when most dental clinics were closed and appointments were unavailable. Dhivesh kindly arranged an earlier slot for us, provided excellent advice, prescribed antibiotics, and clearly explained what needed to be done. A week later, we saw Tulsi, who was absolutely brilliant. She carefully explained the procedure to my mom and took great care of her, especially as it was her first time undergoing treatment. Both doctors were wonderful, very reassuring, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, care, and outstanding service.

I received dental sedation treatment from Dr. Dhivesh Patel, who provided exceptional care throughout the process. Jessica, the sedation nurse, was highly professional and attentive, and Vanisa at reception was extremely helpful. This was my first experience with sedation, and the team ensured that my treatment was comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Patel demonstrated great expertise and professionalism, and I am sincerely grateful for the support provided by him and his team. I highly recommend their services.

Hygienist left lots of plaque on gum line and tar. Caused me to have early stage gum disease. Appointment was early August last year. Had to get it fixed at different dentist. Was rushed and one person Said I can drink tea other said I shouldn't.. make your mind up

Had my first visit to Boxmoor House Dental Practice, recommended by my mother. I was treated by Dr Charisma Patel and Dental Nurse Jodie, they were both so friendly and charismatic, making me feel like a life long patient. My check up as extremely through, every step and finding was clearly explained to me, I also had a dental hygiene treatment, I left with squeaky clean teeth. I could not recommend the practice enough.

Charisma has deleted my fear of dentists , she is amazing in every way , makes you feel relaxed. Her people skills are second to none and I'm over the moon with the work she as performed on my teeth, thank Charisma
