Hayes Dental Clinic

I originally booked in for an Airflow treatment, but also had a standard clean and polish along with the Airflow for my zirconium crowns. This was my first time visiting the clinic, and I was really impressed. I saw the hygienist, Sanjeet Kaur Dhillon, who is honestly one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. She’s a true perfectionist and took her time—there was no rushing at all. She really took the time to understand me, what I wanted, and my expectations. She explained everything clearly, how she could help, and gave great advice for maintaining my oral hygiene going forward. You can tell she builds a great rapport with her patients and genuinely loves what she does—it really shows in her work. I will definitely be booking in with her again.

I’ll never go anywhere else! Sapna is the most WONDERFUL person, kind, caring, and so patient. I am a ‘nightmare’ patient, who has been frightened of the dentist ever since I can remember! All my treatment is explained thoroughly, a plan put in place, and emailed straight over. Clare, who works front of house, also has the patience of a saint, and looks after me on each of my visits! Both of these lovely ladies also check in on me post treatment - they go above a beyond. Cannot recommend Hayes Dental Practice enough! ❤️

The dental practioners are courteous and great at what they do. However the initial experience was ruined by the reception/admin staff who asked us to reschedule for being 6 minutes late despite there was no one waiting. I found this to be unreasonable. However the practice did accomodate us but only after I made them aware of my dissatisfaction. I appreciate they eventually accomodated us and the staff was helpful from thereon.

I always feel welcomed and looked after here at Hayes Dental Clinic. My Dentist, Malissa, is amazing, very hard working and really takes care of her patients. She always explains to me very clearly and I am always looking forward for my next appointment. I will definitely recommend my dentist to anyone.

The Hayes Dental Clinic is amazing, being a nervous patient and not having been to a dentist for many years it took me a while to choose a Dental Clinic to go to and I am so glad I chose this one, the whole team were warm, friendly professional and so welcoming, they immediately made me feel so at ease, Sapna was so professional and kind, and friendly and Sanjeet the Hygenist is just so brilliant, friendly and really has made me feel so at ease and Reception and Dental nurse staff are all too so very kind and helpful, really this is a fantastic Dental surgery.
