Brilliant surgery! Such good and professional doctors. Andrew Fahmy and Sintuja Balakumar whom we experienced closely while my kid was getting her treatment done. Such friendly and supportive dentists. My little daughter Amayra finally enjoys going to dentists.

I had been waiting a very long time for this treatment appointment, so receiving a text just 50 minutes before it was due to start to say it had been cancelled was incredibly frustrating. I was told it was because the surgery room needed to be fixed, which makes me question why this wasn’t identified sooner. Cancelling an appointment with such little notice shows a lack of consideration for patients’ time. To make matters worse, the member of staff I spoke to didn’t seem particularly apologetic or understanding of the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor communication.

Dr Corolus is truly exceptional. He has taken care of both myself and my husband for some time now, and every visit reminds us how fortunate we are to be under his care. His kindness is genuine - he never rushes, always listens and makes sure we feel completly at ease before starting any treatment. I specially appreciate how he handled my root canal issue. He explained clearly, reassured me throught out the process, and made what could have been stressful experience feel surprisingly comfortable. His attention to detalil and calm, confident approach gave me so much trust in his work.I walked out feeling relieved, cared for and genuinely grateful. Whether it's a routine check-up or something more complex, he treats us with the same level of patience, professionalism, compassion. My husband and I always leave feeling reassured and well looked after. The doctors are good, but the administrative management is a total shambles. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I took a day off work for a 9:00 AM appointment, having already pre-paid 50% of the cost two weeks ago. I arrived early at 8:55 AM and paid the remaining balance at the desk. The receptionist told me to wait upstairs, then completely forgot about me. 20 minutes later while sitting exactly where I was told I received a text saying I was a "no-show" and was being charged a £65 cancellation fee. When I went downstairs to point out the error, the receptionist admitted she forgot to check me in The staff showed zero empathy, repeatedly telling me they could 'just give a refund' rather than fixing their mistake. A refund doesn't give me back the time I spent traveling there and things I postponed it was an incredibly rude and unprofessional way to handle a loyal, pre-paying patient. Because of their incompetence, I wasn't seen. They have now rebooked me, meaning I have to take a second day off work for a treatment I had already paid for in full. To be penalized financially and have my time wasted due to their staff’s error is disgraceful. A good medical team is being ruined by a complete lack of basic customer service and accountability at the front desk.

I had a great experience with Yoga, the dental hygienist. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer questions, which I really appreciated. The cleaning was thorough and well done. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.

Had to miss an appointment due to being required urgently at work, called the dentist to advise them off this just before the appointment and they just kept me on hold for 20 mins. After this they advised me they couldn't do anything and i would be taken of there NHS list and would only be allowed to continue coming here if i went private to obviously try and make more money from me... also noticed when i used to visit that i would be purposely double charged and double booked for no work being done on the original appointment... best to avoid this dentist going forward

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the unbelievable transformation of my chipped front tooth. Dr. Corolus is truly an artist the result was beyond what I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier. His calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease, and for the first time in my life, I can honestly say I look forward to visiting the dentist. Dr. Corolus Salama is by far the most thorough, kind, and dedicated dentist I’ve ever encountered. Your attention to detail is absolutely 10/10. I also had fantastic results with my tooth whitening I managed to get my teeth to shade 1B, and I absolutely love the outcome! The brightness and natural look of my smile has boosted my confidence in ways I can’t explain. I feel so grateful to have found someone who combines exceptional skill with genuine care.
